Is there a mod like Infernal Robotics

So I really wanted to make some stuff, like openable doors in a plane or make a custom cargo door. I was told to use Konstruction mod, but it was no use, because it didnt't have stuff like hinges, so I can't use that mod.

If you want to make them yourself, you would study how to create animations in Blender or Unity.

Otherwise you can use, say, B9 or OPT mods.

Even better than a mod like Infernal Robotics, here's Infernal Robotics itself. It's a dev/beta version and isn't on CKAN for this reason. It has worked fine for me, but keep in mind it's beta and don't yell at the modders for fixes.
