EDIT2: updated modulemanager, updated toolbar controller and made sure all zerominiAVC was installed and only one dll was there and it fixed the issue (?) posting it here to hopefully help others with the same issue. sorry to add onto the ever increasing lanes of stupidity but i'm getting a issue where everytime i put boosters onto couplers they wibble like jello then just fall off like there's no connection... BUT the game focuses the camera between them and the main ship like their still attached somehow. dunno if anyone else has gotten this bug. and i don't know if it's caused by a different mod if you need anything from my side let me know i'd like to get to the bottom of this. i'll be running a few tests to make sure i'm not doing anything dumb. p.s. i have kerbal join re-enforcment continued installed but that does nothing. EDIT: yep for some reason the SRBS are like jello on their connections but everything else like fuel tanks and engines alone are fine. dunno what's going on.
  2. so essentially I'm just being a big dum dum. I drew the same conclusion yesterday after doing some tests with different propellers. kinda sad i can't get my prop SSTO to even lift off anymore. are their any other mods that add more propellers? apart from KAX, Firespitter.
  3. Hi! Right off the bat I'm going to say I'm running 1.9.1 so this may very well be my issue and why I'm having problems but carrying on! So! I'm having issues with the prop engines you get at the very early stages of the tech tree (spud, baron). the issue is that i'm getting up to a certain speed and they're then losing their thrust. it goes from a steady 17KN to almost 3KN. is this a bug or am i just missing something to do with effective running speed? or something?
  4. Hi! i seem to be having an issue with the RPM HUD you get in the stock fliers and was wondering if anyone has replaced them with the ASET ones? (the ASET HUD is so much better and cooler) unless someone can explain to me how to replace it myself but i'm a bit slow and feel uncomfortable messing around with IVAs x.x
  5. i meant for rockets and most of the "stages" are action groups which can be anything from decoupling to checking a system to activating a autopilot which would be on aplane anyway I'm just looking for a fix for the UI on the vanilla raster prop HUD. we got side tracked.
  6. raster prop monitor was designed to be a IVA thing. so you can have full IVA missions so i would assume they have a switch for all the stages but thanks anyway for the help eve nif it didn't fix the issue.
  7. honestly i just want that HUD with the ASET pack... every other IVA seems placeholder like or just too messy for my liking.... for example from the stock mk1 cockpit and the inline cockpit... still getting that old HUD.... i just want to swap them with the ASET ones xD
  8. oh... that explains all the issues i've been having in 1.9.1 with it. i hope you get around to it and that it's not too much of a pain. thanks for keeping this mod alive guru
  9. EDIT: just realised what you meant. the thing i'm complaining about is in the mk2/1 cockpit... it's the default raster prop monitor HUD with black text and i'm looking for a fix is all. if there was an easier way to change it to the ASET ones i would do it in a heart beat
  10. getting the same problem here.... got it since way back in 1.6/7 so I'm confused and frustrated at getting no answers. if anyone knows any fixes or needs anything like my log file I'll be happy to give it up just please help.... no other IVA HUD does this. the mk2 expansion has foldable HUDs and they work fine....   11. to put it simply and to explain why it's crashing just before starting is because some of your mod plugins are compiled for 1.3.0 and not 1.3.1. so they crash when just about to load the main menu. do what everyone is saying. update your mods 1 by 1
  12. getting the same problem but i'm launching the non steam version through steam via the "add non-steam game" option. thus i get the steam overlay in game without it officially being a "steam game" i'll look and see if open GL is enabled in the options when i get home.
  13. getting no friction or grip with my wheels causing my rovers and space planes to either flip over or just slide around the place and drift... is this a bug with my modded install or 1.3.1 in general?   15. dude just post them anyway. someone who really wants them and knows their stuff would happily look at them. it's a community, not a dictatorship (just uhm... put your name in comic sans on the wheels so you peeve off all those typers out there :D)
  16. uhm wait wait wait wait wait... i vaguely remember there being wheels for IR rework.... are they broken? or missing? EDIT: also for all of you who want the rework parts without waiting on the patch just retype "category = none" to "category = Utility" in the part.cfg files of all the rework robotic parts if everyone has already figured this out then yay I've learnt to use common sense

  19. even through i haven't yet given the logs or update to the problem i'd like to thank you blowfish for your help ^-^ probably the most friendly mod-updater i've met EDIT: done it's on github. happy trolling through that mess.... (...sorry)

  21. sorry to be a pain in the retrograde here blowfish but my winglets don't appear to be...well... winglets. they don't have animations and when on runway don't move, or alierons don't move. will try reinstalling B9 and see if it works

  23. *bump* Ditto the parachute tab isn't there so i was freaking out over not being able to see my parachutes at all

Hi! okay so i'm just gonna admit I've been away from KSP for about 6 months but nothing has changed much since i was gone. so i thought 'why not mod my install and get to playing again?' so after i installed 63 mods of my liking, being careful to make sure it loads after every mod i install, i finish and think 'huh time to play' then relise i can't see any of the parachutes in the part list. i check utilities and checked everywhere else... then i checked the part list by tech number/level and lo and behold i can see the parachutes again. so i can see them in the "tech level" tab but not the "utilites" tab in the part list. why is this? is it a mod conflict? i'll get pictures up when i get home i'm currently on my phone
  25. not too sure if you already know this Lack but the control surface for the "small fold wing" goes clockwise instead of angling up and down also i found the M.E.M. (Muner Escape Module) on linux to not misbehave on launch, might be a mod conflict. p.s. i really need to get into modding... i want to be better help than just "oh hey this isn't pointing the right way"
