Ha!

I'm excited but I do not want to wait until 2 AM, good grief

What's wrong with waiting until 2AM on a Friday night? Just binge Star Trek as necessary until the time comes, like me. :sticktongue:

I’m not too concerned about the launch itself, a launch and recovery is routine for SpaceX by now. By the time I get up in the morning they should have some data on how D2 is performing, and that’s when things will get interesting

Horror!

Either to the causeway bridge of Rocket Park next to the causeway.

I'd love to be at the S-V center but I just can't afford the $100 ticket for admission (and then some for the ticket to the center).

It still pretty good, and you don’t have to “suffer” the KSC’ dumb tour before reaching the spot. Also, 2 hours of traffic jams and waiting lines before reaching the S-V center...

Back to the topic, here are two pictures of the 39A (Falcon is hardly visible with the launch tower):

At least it's not a face-hugger.

Should've used this:

Well.... given the crash test dummy ... erm, human analogue unit? Yeah, let's go with that, shall we?

Anyways, given the name bestowed upon the passenger, that plushie would be more appropriate! lol.gif

Come on!  If you're going foreboding plushie, there is only one possible choice.

they may be shrouded but I thought they were not flight ready

I may and most likely am wrong but a thought

What are the odds of an abort?

I would be surprised if they did not launch it in final config.
