You will probably get some more visibility if you move this to add-on-development or add-on-releases. I have never seen a mod in add-on discussions.

1.12.9? Where did you get KSP 1.12.9?
I think you are meanig 1.12.3.
So, I think it don`t work because it is quiet old and changes are too much in KSP.

1.12.3 still works well...otherwise I can use the entire trekdrive mod . Shuttlecraft Type F is also included....it is very helpful for my future exploiration as sometimes kerbal realistic physics is annoying for me too! 

I don't have to worry about the fuel and electricity anymore..and save me lots of money, time and my brain cell energy!..should become start up for career mode (in the easiest difficulty)
