[1.5.0] Stockish DeltaV - Expose the stock Delta-V system in the Editor.

So, as you know, Squad introduced a Delta-V calculator for Maneuver Nodes in 1.5. What they didn't mention, is that in fact, the game now has a full blown Delta-V calculator in the Editor too. It's just not visible.

So, I turned it on.

What it does:

Exposes the Stock Delta V calculations in the Engineer's Report. By default it will show Vacuum Delta-V only, but if you expand it, will also show atmospheric.

Known issues:

The engineers report will not update itself constantly. Figures will be incorrect if you leave it open. The workaround is to only open the report when needed - the figures are correct when the report is opened. (Incidentally, if anyone knows how to force the report to close/reopen itself, please let me know. I've been trying for hours).

Possibly. There are methods to look at stages, but I've not really dug into them. Squad have basically said in this thread "it's not ready please don't use it in mods" and other people have reported that the in-flight stuff really does not work well at all, so this is as much as I'm comfortable exposing right now.

When it's a little more stable (and assuming Squad don't do this themselves) I want to break it down by stage, and put something in the flight scene too.
