Breaking Ground missing part (imo), rotary electric generators.

That worked by moving fuel for 'free' via fuel transfer, as there was no energy expended or force in the opposite direction.

You'd still need the mod that moved fuel automatically to get it working as well as Scott's, and the only 'new' feature would be stock motors moving the fuel tanks.

This is making history rather than breaking ground but I need an tilted 1.85 to 2.5 meter tank. 
This is important as you can scale up the bottom of the Soyuz boosters more.

Whoa the potential there.

 

Only problem I see is that transferring fuel or the like isn't easy to automate.
