Anyone have any good way "Journaling" or "Charting" your flights?

Hi all-

Has anyone created any good charts / trackers to use for journaling flights in KSP?  What I mean is that you would capture the time of each burn, how much delta V fuel used vs. expected, overall mission objectives, things learned / do betters for next time?  Basically I'm looking for things related to flight planning and capturing information about each flight.  Sorry, I'm sure there are better terms for this stuff.  Thanks in advance.

I am actually looking more for something in maybe Word / Excel format that can be printed...  Something to physically write and track information.  Here might be a basic example of information to be included:

  • Date:
  • Vessel Name:
  • Mission Description:
  • Departure Date / Time:
  • Expected Return Date / Time:
  • Delta V Available by Stage (1, 2, 3, 4)
  • Pre-Flight Inspection Checklist
  • Notes Pre-Flight
  • Notes Post-Flight

In that case, the best way is to just knock up an Excel spreadsheet that has exactly the details you need.
