We can have in KSP 2 something like sedna.

Spoiler

I'm sorry if my English gets weird, I don't speak English.

The orbit of Sedna lies well beyond these objects, and extends many times their distances from the Sun

Orbit of Sedna Compared to Pluto's

The addition of a celestial body so far from its star would bring a new difficulty to the game, many new possibilities/challenges, and can be used for "testing" interstellar engines. Do you agree, do you disagree? :D

Just now, Lo.M said:

I think it is necessary to add a new gas giant, to become more realistic because in some solar systems with only a gas giant this gas giant can become a Hot Jupiter.

it would be cool I we could see OPM and MPE in ksp2, but I would say they aren't adding new planets in the stock system, I think nate shimpson said that in an interwiew with I believe Scott Manley but I don't know exactly, please look it up yourself

In addition to the celestial body, the distance from the star would bring new challenges and a testing ground for interstellar engines. Do you agree?

I know Sedna really well, it's a really cool place, It would be cool, but they wanted to lightly touch the new solar system

translation: Conozco Sedna muy bien, es un lugar realmente genial, pero querian tocar ligeramente  el nuevo sistema solar

and I apologize my spanish is not that great either.
