Wow. I just decided to do a Jool grand tour, and my craft has twice the thrust of yours, but still an enourmous manuever node. How can you stand the half-hour long burn?

Very nice! I like the paint job too. What else have you got hidden away in that cargo hold there? Darthzeus and I have been talking about organising a dropship battle in DMP. Sadly it doesn't sound like it'll work in the athmosphere however a battle on the Mun or Minmus may be doable. With this in mind it may be worth adapting one or more of your vessels for low g Munar combat.

I'll have to do some Mun/Minmus testing with it (I call it the Vulture), and the cargo hold has this inside:

This config allows light cargo hauling and 4-6 Kerbal infantrymen simultaneously.

Yup (technically, it's Texture Replacer, but it's basically the same thing), and also EVE with the Dunan dust storms addon+KerbPaint.

I gotta update EVE and TR though, as I like my helmetless kerbals.

Also, Minmus shall soon become an epic zero-g firing range!

I'm still having trouble viewing it, maybe its my browser. Sorry.

In other news the Tadpole has been rebalanced and is ready to serve in .24, yay!

I've taken the chance to give the old girl a few tweaks including the ability to fold in the front landing leg through action group 7.

Even with all three legs deployed the Tadpole was something of a mountain goat, but by folding in the front leg it can land in places even your Kerbal's will have trouble standing! Anyway, hope you enjoy the upgrade and let me know if you have any problems.

I'm still pretty flat out at Uni so I haven't had time to shoot a nice video for it yet. Once I do it'll be officially released with its own thread but I thought you guys might enjoy having a play with it in the meantime. I've included 3 instant action missions which will let you sharpen your shooting skills. Enjoy!

Combat on Minmus does take a fair bit of getting used to, you do kind of miss the strong reassuring grip of Kerbin's gravity! I'm thinking the Mun or maybe even Val could be a better option. Actually Val's got some fantastic terrain, especially around the poles.

Basically, a tiny fighter that can be easily transported.

Just gonna throw this out there... Jeb/bill bombing around Pol in a Cupcake inspired RCS tug/scooter:

And returning to the mostly stock but not really stock, also Cupcake inspired lander, in full refuel mode (normally only the middle section lands, the drive unit stores the Tylo-Crash-Prevention-Oomph-Pods ). Normally the huge xenon tanks on the side are on the drive unit too:

Your certification sticker with complimentary air freshener is in the post. Well done on getting to the Jool system, how you finding it there? Oh and what's that mod you're using for the far drop tanks? They look great.
