Can you describe your steps of what you are trying to achieve, and what is not working? just so that we can confirm its the same problem i am having when removing [ModuleSPU] from a Hybrid probe that has a integrated omni Antenna [ModuleSPUPassive]

yeap and if you need connection just to transmit science you need to remove "ModuleSPU" from cfg's but that is bugged right now i too am waiting for that to be fixed

Hey thx for trying, ill do the same when i get some time i will do 1 by 1 mod thing till i find whats the cause of this, will let you know if i find something. -
Exactly the word i was searching for Hybrid (its probe,has an antenna, and a dish Hermes probe - Voyager like satellite, hasn Omni integrated + a dish and its probe all in one ) problem appears when you try to have both, works fine with one say just antenna or dish. if you need anything else drop me a line i;am glad to help out if i can. and on a side note. this worked perfectly good on 1.4.1 so maybe look at the previous version see what changed in the code.

yeah that would be probably ECLSS not 100% sure but my bet is on that one, Since only that mod as far as i know modifies kerbals. if you have the time and will try it out see if you can pinpoint/recreate the problem. -

Now that you mention it, i do use other mods and the only one that i can think of that edits Kerbal Behavior is ECLSS - Revived mod. but it does not edit the kerbal in a drastic way, adds oxygen,co2 , Eva fuel etc etc. I also tried different cockpits and everything is working fine, thou i didn't test it extensively, a side note i never experienced the Evabug what i mean by that is, when i go on EVA the kerbal would slowly slide on the ladder (thats expected) sometimes he would not be attached/grabbed to the capsule but no drastic ejections what so ever, i downloaded this fix under the assumption that this affects everyone and i just add the fix without further detailed tests. When i get back home ill try that again see if i can replicate the thing and post full logs (i know i should have done that the first time ) i just thought it was directly tied just to that fix. Sorry i cant tell you that i was just testing something out on the runway when i noticed this, btw there is no IVA for that particular cockpit i clicked on "crew hatch" and than EVA the kerbal was frozen could not move ,or release from the cockpit. thats when i checked the Dbg. Console and noticed the spaming in the log. Hope that makes sense. If you need anything else just drop me a line -

Rotate the part clockwise or counter and try to attach it every time you rotate it once, eventually you will get it right, and the part will attach thats because ksp likes to do that -

Sorry my english is not my native language ....anyway LH_Hermes is a probe and an antenna (Dish) (Lionhead Probes mod) apparently when i try that patch you can use only one ether to set it up to so that it is an Omni antenna or a dish i cant have both while in RT 1.4.1 this worked perfectly good in 1.5.1 i just cant seem to get it to work, i did as instructed deleted Probes.cfg and Mechjeb.cfg leaving Antennas.cfg it was a no go i even tried using only this patch with nothing else (leaving only settings) same thing the probe sits on the launch pad it;s connected i can control it (move it around W,A,S,D) nothing else works staging SAS RCS etc etc i hope it makes sense #### update i tried with a fresh install of ksp + rt 1.5.1 and only the patch and the part and the problem still persists

A little strange thing with what i;am trying to achieve, hope some one can help out ok so while i do like RT a lot to play with adds to game play a lot i do dislike (reason i;am not that good at KSP let alone RT) the constant need to have connection to do anything with probes so a friend created this patch for KSP 0.24.2 and back then RT2 1.4.1 what i does it makes it a bit easier for newbies (ME) to play with RT in other words (you can control probes without connection but will require a connection if you want to transmit data) now the problem is using this same Patch in 0.25 and RT 1.5.1 it doesn't work as intended the problem is you have partial control (you can throttle but cant turn on SAS RCS or using Stage with Space key etc) has something changed in RT 1.5.1 the way it reads the patches? and if yes, how can i solve this problem (to only require connection for data transmitting) hope i;am not asking a lot lol here is the Patch i;am using in 0.24.2 with RT2 1.4.1 @PART[LH_Hermes] { MODULE { name = ModuleRTAntenna Mode0DishRange = 0 Mode1DishRange = 800000000000 EnergyCost = 0.90 DishAngle = 5.50 TRANSMITTER { PacketInterval = 0.3 PacketSize = 2 PacketResourceCost = 15.0 } } MODULE { name = ModuleSPUPassive } MODULE { name = ModuleRTAntennaPassive OmniRange = 3000000 TRANSMITTER { PacketInterval = 0.3 PacketSize = 2 PacketResourceCost = 15.0 } } }

well then try eliminating mod by mod a couple of people are using it without problems me personaly i removed citylights and use astronomer pack maybe you can try that instead?

nice very nice i like this one + AnchoredDecouplerFix.dll but... i think that the boosters (the large ones) when decoupled the top goes a bit inward still...and hitting the rocket yeahh ia;m officially retarded copied the dll to older version of ksp and starting 0.25 double face palm! -

that is strange i;am running all kinds of mods + IR and it works like a charm now if you are not using Opengl try that the way ksp acts some times maybe that will work lol
