  1. Is it possible that the problem is as simple as a missing folder? I downloaded version 5.7 just to see if anything was different. This is the 5.7 folder Enviormentalvisualenhancments plugins folder This is the 5.8 folder. It seems the PartFX.dll is missing @Nhawks17 is it possible a missing file like that could be causing the over textured terrains? Interesting as that its only affecting me but still?
  2. Sorry my UI scale is still at 100% and it still happens at whatever scale I set my UI to. So its not a big deal like @blackrack said but it certainly is annoying and unsightly. Im glad to hear though its not just isolated to me and it can be repeated. Albeit with some tweaking.
  3. This is the graphics glitch i was talking about. It only happens at staging and again its really quick and doesn't cause a crash or really effect the performance of the game. However its still not normal and should happen because it doesn't happen in stock KSP. Sorry there is no sound just watch for the staging.
  4. Ok I downloaded the most recent build. Its still the same it might even be worse. Happy side effect kinda. At dawn and dusk the KSC kinda looks like Mustafar.
  5. Downloaded, installed and tested. Still super textured Kerbin.
  6. No I haven't updated to the most recent pre-release. I read the most recent build has bugs in it that make the game unplayable. I am using build 1183 I believe.
  7. No problem. Just fyi I loaded up the High Res version and the same issue is still there. KSP.log https://www.dropbox.com/s/pcybc65bdg6owx6/KSP.log?dl=0 Player.log https://www.dropbox.com/s/j9pm1i59c04ycoi/Player.log?dl=0 Also it seems like EVERYTHING has city texture. Including the mountains lol. Its kinda funny. The game works fine though no performance issues really at all.
  8. Maybe its something with the medium resolution version? Im gonna download the low and see if I have the same issue.
  9. Yup. Its the most recent version and I just unloaded everything that was in the folder. 5.8 MR to be exact.
  10. It just seems like too much. Its as if every inch of kerbin is covered in city textures.
  11. Ok. So is it the Lens Flare Shader and OpenGL? Or just OpenGL. Turning off the lens flare shader did the trick the pink box is gone. One other thing I am noticing though is graphics glitch when staging. Whenever I stage the screen kinda glitches. I don't know how to describe it. Its kinda blink and you will miss it thing and too fast to get a screen shot of. The screen doesn't exactly go black but I suppose I could describe it as large transparent artifacts showing up on the left side and top right of the screen whenever I stage. Again its really fast and they don't stay. Staging in space its all normal really it only happens during takeoff. I am not too concerned about it because again it really fast and it only happens during takeoff. But I just feel I should report it and maybe other people are experiencing this too.
  12. Hello all! I am first time SVE user because in the past its was memory cost prohibitive. Now with 1.1 and its 64bit capabilities me and my old MBP are going to have a lot of fun in KSP. Which brings me to my question. It seems like there are WAY too many citys and city lights. Is there a way to tone down the city lights and or citys? Like show less of them? Currently it just seems like too much. I am sorry if this is a stupid or easy question I just can't seem to find the answer.
  13. Hello I am a first time Scatterer user thanks to 1.1 now being 64bit on Mac. First off I can't imagine you get tired of hearing this....this mod is gorgeous! I have always wanted to use it but having a MBP my computer really couldn't handle it. Now with 64bit I am excited to add it to my save file. I have looked back quite a few pages and i have not seen this issue reported. So I apologize if has already been reported. I am seeing a pink square on the launchpad and runway. It shows up at other odd times and usually too fast for me to catch a screen shot. But it does consistently happen on the launchpad and runway. It definitely doesn't happen without scatterer installed. Thanks for this great mod keep up the great work. Turning it off seems to fix the pink box. Awesome!
  14. Oh Alexustas.........1.1 is in pre-release. Just curious, will the production line begin rolling again soon?
  15. I hope for the 12th too but it would take a herculean effort to get all of the bugs being spotted everyone. There are still more bugs in the bug tracker being reported than being addressed. I am sure a lot of bugs aren't bugs and just flukes and isolated to each user. That being said there are ALOT of bugs in the tracker. I think two weeks sounds like a lot but at the same time it wouldn't surprise me. Sorry to kill the hype.
  16. With the way rate bugs are being reported and being addressed what do you think the ETA will be? Please don't say Soon. Would you say a week or two until an officali release?
  17. I got the game .21 I spent a lot of time fooling around. Spent most of my time in .23 building stations. And then when 23.5 dropped with the 3.75 parts expansion my first interplanetary mission was to Duna. Since I was playing for a little bit at the time I took advantage of my launching and station building skills and launched a marginally successful trip to Duna with an impressively large ship complete with a two stage lander for decent and ascent. It would have been magnificent. Except.......I forgot to put a ladder on it and Jeb was marooned on the surface all because of the ironic twist of a carefully planned out mission with no ladder.
  18. I am holding off on downloading the prerelease. There aren't a lot of new features that are making me jump towards the prerelease. The thing I think that makes 1.1 so appealing is Unity 5 and real 64bit capeabilites. That's what exciting to me because I can play KSP with nods in ways I have never been able to play it and in many ways play the ways I have always wanted to play it without any compromises. I don't need 100 mods but as a Mac user I have been able to have ALOT of fun over the last few years throwing in a few mods and playing the game different ways depending on what mods I had installed. But I have never had a really long term save because if I wanted to add more mods I would need to remove to add new things. I have never really been able to everything I wanted to make the game just the way I wanted. Again that's not a complaint truly it isn't. I have had hundreds of hours of fun, maybe thousands playing KSP in different ways. Now that I know that 1.1 final release is imminent I am perfectly ok waiting.
