  1. This mod is truly and essential mod. Thank you for all the effort you put in.
  2. Quick question. Not that it matters with 64 bit but does it have to be .png for it fix the issues I was having or is both the scaling and it needs to be png? Isn't dds a better for memory conservation? Again of that what it has to be then so be it and with 64 bit it shouldn't matter much. Just curious.
  3. My kerbin looks like this. I don't need 4k I am perfectly happy now. I am just curious as to why it didn't affect anyone else? Maybe its just my old mac or the graphics card fro my generation mac. Its probably that, I have an Intel HD Graphics 4000 Also how does this 4k issue affect scatterer? Scatterer seems to be working just fine but I have a feeling issue could arise after extended play? Overheating etc. I havent played with both SVE and scatterer for more that 15 minutes yet. I can't imagine what 2-4 hours will do. I caught these glitches with scatterer and posted this already on the the scatterer page. I even saw this same glitch while scott manley was playing and using scatterer so IDK.

  8. Yes!!! How would I go about doing that? I really don't know how to edit config files and I am not comfortable doing it. As long as there is hope I am happy. If there is a possible solution coming in the future I am happy.
  9. The SVE I have installed is MR. For the record I have tried all version LR-UR all have the exact same problem. I downloaded the most recent el-capitan updated yesterday so my drivers should be ok. Which texture format should I try? Would you mind looking at my logs again? Maybe there is something you missed. Also when I looked through it there seems to be alot of warnings regarding a pqs manager? I have no idea what I am looking at but I assume warning is not a good thing. Also in the 1.0.5 version of SVE there is pqs manager and in the 1.1 version there isn't. Could this have anything to do with the problem?   10. I am so sorry @Nhawks17 for taking over this thread. I am just obsessed now with getting this to work right. @rbray89 from beginning to end this is what i do. Tell me where I am going wrong. Please tell me I am doing something wrong.
  11. What do you mean? My computer runs really well inside and outside of KSP. Aside from SVE city lights problems I have never not been able to figure about an issue like this. Even without the city lights the game and mod runs fine. It has to be something screwing with the mod that old and elusive. A file I mean. After numerous updates my game data folder still has the nasa missions folder in it. If one of you guys didn't tell me to get rid of it, it would have stayed there and I have deleted local content from steam before this whole 1.1 thing and the nasa missions folder remained. So I know that after updates dating back to .21 there are folders hidden deep within my computer that are now screwing with it and interacting badly with SVE. I just have to find it.
  12. If it was hardware wouldn't I have pretty terrible artifacts and the game not working at all? I mean I wouldn't put it past my graphics card to be going but once I remove the city lights it looks beautiful. If my graphics card was failing the game would load with artifacts everywhere/crash. I'm still betting it's an errand file I can't find that's messing everything up.
  13. Ok I know I am being annoying but clearly there is a cache in my computer I am missing. Because now the city lights are on the light side of Kerbin. Can someone who runs this on a mac give me a hand by possibly letting me try their gamedata folder or let me know where ksp game data caches are because I am really at a loss. I have deleted every ksp file I can kind. They must be hidden.
  14. As long as they're are adapters I'm fine with varying sizes. Variety is precisely why all of us have decided to mod our games. Honestly I have never heard a complaint before about have too many different tank sizes lol. Anyway if you don't like the tank sizes. Download tweakscale and make the tanks whatever size you want.
  15. I agree. Look at Beale's mods. They are incredibly large and difficult to manage without the ability to search in the VAB. Still with al of his parts he has split them up into lauchers and parts. Maybe thats the direction you should go. More importantly lets get 1.1 out then we can organize it.
  16. Ive said this already that I am done. But I am offically done. I have tried everything aside from factory reseting my computer to get SVE to work. I have simply just gotten rid of the city light textures and now it looks just wonderful The city light feature is a nice feature but obviously its just not meant to work for me. Thats the sun setting on me trying to get the city textures to work. Anyway, as it is obviously clear your mod is a work of art. It makes Kerbin beautiful and that all I really wanted out of it. Standard kerbin doesn't have city textures. There is no reason to have them.....thats at least the rationale I am telling myself to feel better. So in that vein if there was city lights and city textures it would be a whole new planet all together. This way all SVE does is make Kerbin beautiful as its supposed to be.
  17. I certainly would agree that in the past its too many parts and hard to navigate. However that point is no longer valid. If you are looking for a 1.875 piece all you have to do is type 1.875 in the search. The game can easily handle large part packs now. I don't agree with the complaint anymore. Its not a factor anymore with the VAB search.
  18. KJR IS UPDATED!!! Why are you talking about splitting up the pack? with 64bit size shouldn't be an issue. If its about culling through all of the parts then maybe you should consider taking advantage of the manufacturers tab. Also in 1.1 parts are searchable in the VAB. Whats the issue?
  19. What if i tried your Mac game data file? I just don't get why mine isn't working. I completely deleted all remnants of KSP and then reinstalled it. The installed sve. Still nope. So.....idk I'm at a loss.
  20. Alright this is my last post until I figure it out. 1.1 is installed. I installed the latest version of SVE. Its still fracking mega city. So I will keep trying just fyi in case someone else has the issue.
  21. It's a mid 2012 Mbp so it's an integrated gpu
