Whiskey, though I'm more of a one tequil-floor kind of guy these days. Reminds me that I spent two summers in the UK a looong time ago while my folks were working there. We toured many a brewery and each one had a video on how whiskey was made. Fun stuff. Anyway, the tweakscale is preliminary, but it should get you started. I might have time for a patch or two before KSP 1.3 drops.

Buffalo Wings 2.0.0 is now available: The Buffalo Modular Space Exploration Vehicle (MSEV) is designed for a wide variety of environments. While previous releases focused upon rover and spacecraft components, this release introduces Buffalo's aircraft components; now you can fly the Buffalo to various destinations! New Parts - WB-22 "Typhoon" Tiltrotor: This tiltrotor is designed for both horizontal and vertical flight. You can control the tilt angle via the new VTOL Manager GUI; just look for the helicopter icon in the app toolbar. For compact storage, the tiltrotor's blades can be folded. It is powered by ElectricCharge and takes in Atmosphere (found on Kerbin, Laythe, Eve, Duna, and others). - WB-44 "Hurricane" Tiltrotor: This is a larger, heavy-lift version of the WB-22. - Compressed Air RCS Thruster: Instead of running on Monopropellant, this RCS thruster runs on Compressed Air (produced by the WB-22 and WB-44). - GTG-125 Gas Turbine Generator: Similar to a jet engine, the gas turbine generator is throttle-controlled and consumes LiquidFuel/IntakeAir. But instead of generating thrust, it generates large amounts of ElectricCharge. - GTG-250: This is a larger version of the GTG-125. - Buffalo Half-Service Bay: As its name sounds, this part is half the length of the Buffalo Service Bay. It can hold a single Buckboard 1000. - Buffalo Wing Root: Specially designed for the Buffalo rover, the Wing Root gives you a place to attach wings, and it can store resources. - Buffalo Wing: This wing fits the new tiltrotor. There are 4 types. - Type 1 Buffalo Elevon: This elevon fits the Type 4 Buffalo Wing. - Buffalo Winglet: This winglet is rougly equivalent to the stock AV-R8 Winglet, but done in pork-alike fashion. - Buffalo Canard: A half-sized version of the winglet. - Chassis 3u: 3x the size of the Chassis 1u, with 3x the storage capacity. - S.A.F.E.R. : The Safe Affordable Fission Engine with Radiators generates ElectricCharge for your spacecraft needs. It is based upon the real-world SAFE - 400 reactor created by NASA. Bug Fixes & Enhancements - Moved the Flatbeds to the Payload tab. - Moved the Flex Fuel Power Pack to the Electrical tab. - The Flex Fuel Power Pack is now available after unlocking the Electrics node. The available flex fuel generators increases as you unlock more tech nodes. - Both the Tundra 200 and Tundra 400 storage tanks now have rooftop solar arrays. - The Grizzly and Bear Cub wheels now have the ability to decouple and self-destruct. - Moved the Bear Cub to the Miniaturization tech node.

New Part - S.A.F.E.R. : The Safe Affordable Fission Engine with Radiators generates ElectricCharge for your spacecraft needs. It is based upon the real-world SAFE - 400 reactor created by NASA. Bug Fixes & Enhancements - Fixed airlock issue on the Chuckwagon. - Part scrapping now requires a confirmation click (which can be disabled in the options screen). - With Extraplanetary Launchpads installed, you can turn Equipment into ScrapMetal. - When Far Future Technologies is installed, FusionPellets are made from LqdHe3 and LqdDeuterium. - Fixed an issue where Equipment wasn't being recycled after deflating a module. - If you have insufficient room on your vessel to store Equipment recovered during module deflation, then the remaining amount will be distributed.- 3,523 replies

Heisenberg 2.3.0 is now available: New Parts - WB-12 "Tornado": This 50kn ducted fan runs on 50 ElectricCharge per second- conveniently the same amount produced by the big solar panel... It can tilt up and down to aid in airship operations. - S.A.F.E.R. : The Safe Affordable Fission Engine with Radiators generates ElectricCharge for your spacecraft needs. It is based upon the real-world SAFE - 400 reactor created by NASA. - GondOffice: This alternate habitat module serves as a briefing room for your vessels- or as a transportable office space for the executive on the go. It can be disassembled into a storage box and transported by a kerbal (NOTE: there is a KIS bug where it requires several kerbals to pull an item out of storage). Once assembled, you can give it straight sidings to make it more building-like, and you can connect offices together to make a large building. If this works out, I'll modify the other bison modules (hab, lab, & greenhouse) with similar functionality. HINT: Click the top of the conference phone to turn on/off the lights. - GondoStairs: These external stairs give you access to the upper floors of your buildings. Just unpack them and attach them to the end of a Bison module. READ THE DIRECTIONS to learn how to set up the stairs for bottom, mid, and top flights. Sample Craft - Added the KV-8 Kestrel, a nuclear-powered tilt-fan aircraft. BE SURE TO WARM UP THE REACTOR BEFORE TAKING OFF! Bug Fixes & Enhancements - Added name tag to the HL-10 rudder; it is in the same place as the mission flag, and upside down relative to the mission flag. - Updated TAC-LS greenhouse configuration for continual food production. -

It is based upon the real-world SAFE - 400 reactor created by NASA. Bug Fixes & Enhancements - Updated TAC-LS greenhouse to support continual production. - When Far Future Technologies is installed, FusionPellets are made from LqdHe3 and LqdDeuterium. - The Tesla, Viper, and Supernova all support TweakScale. NOTE: This is my first pass at introducing TweakScale into DSEV. I need an experienced person who can help tune the system.

Looks grwat, @smotheredrun, thanks for sharing! I didn't know that the KSOS still worked in 1.2.2, I flew it way back in 0.25. How does it handle?

There is no runway (only Zuul). Sounds like an installation issue. -
@Krakatoa Sad to see such a nice station go. Hopefully you'll be able to build one anew. You are correct, the 2.5m tanks will be in DSEV. After Buffalo Wings, I plan on revamping DSEV's 2.5m tanks with new models and textures. The part names (the ones KSP uses to identify a part, not the ones the player sees) and dimensions will remain as they are now, so you're safe to use the existing tanks in DSEV. I plan on making both orange and white textures for the revised tanks, so you can do this: I don't plan on having more than two texture options since they are difficult and time consuming to make. So if you can live with the existing tanks for a bit you'll be good to go on a new station.

Possibly, but I don't see that issue. Are you getting errors in the log? Meanwhile, I finished the nuclear reactor (it's available for all my mods), and the Heisenberg's WB-21 "Tornado" Ducted Fan: Possible release this weekend depending upon personal stuff going on. Really trying to get this done before KSP 1.3 drops. -
I'll try to clarify what I said earlier. The science system uses experiment slots that can load a variety of different experiments. These experiments can be used in a wide variety of situations. In order to cover those situations, I set up the situationMask and biomeMask to cover all possible situations. Experiment "slots" are defined by WBIModuleScienceExperiment, and when you load an experiment into the module, it uses its own method to determine valid situations for the experiment to run. Unless you can show me that I'm able to set the biomeMask and situationMask at runtime, they have to stay as they are.
