  1. ...Annnnd I could instead get stuck on Pathfinder, and do this: This rebuild of the trusses is hopefully going to alleviate some of the rendering performance issues in the current system. For once, you won't need two parts just to carry fuel in a truss. You'll have the standard hollow configuration, fuel tank config, and a new crew tube config (needed for the Nautilus).
  2. Time to install Flight Manager... way to go SpaceX!
  3. Well bummer! Maybe you can copy parts over to a new save and hyperedit what you need.
  4. It sort of sounds like there is something wrong with either EVA in general or in how the ladder and airlocks are positioned on the Buffalo, ARES rover, and MAV. I may need to wait to fix this until KSP itself is stable again. Thanks for the reports.
  5. You and me both. Now that taxes are done I can get back to modding and reading your stories.
  6. After 466+ years of spaceflight, I wonder if anybody remembers who Jeb is... Anyway, great video, that was awesome!
  7. Thanks for the reports folks! I'll probably hold off fixing them until Squad stabilizes KSP since I don't know how much is my stuff versus general issues with wheels in the game. Meantime I'll try making an interim wheel for you to use and have that in the next pre-release.
  8. Nice news reports! Love the old-look of the pictures too.
  9. 0.2.8 (KSP 1.1 pre-release) Get the latest here! - Recompiled for KSP 1.1. Many thanks and big shout out to nil2work for helping me understand the new wheel system. NOTE: The M1-A1 is no longer able to animate changing from wide to narrow wheelbase due to KSP 1.1. But it still has use for creating rovers that get in and out of the Mk3 cargo bay. To do so, take the Buffalo Half-Chassis and rotate it to become the length of a standard 1u chassis and then attach the M1-A1 to the sides. This might change in the future, we'll see.
  10. After lots of frustration, I finally have working wheels for the Buffalo. Some bad news and good news. Bad news is that the new wheel system means I can no longer animate the M1A1 wheels so that they have a narrow and wide wheelbase. But, I found a workaround: I should be able to put the finishing touches on the pre-release and have something either later tonight or tomorrow.
  11. Just a heads up, I'm in the process of converting the wheels over to KSP 1.1 and am sorting through the new changes. Getting closer to a pre-release, but if nothing else I'll have the Buffalo ready for the official 1.1 release.
  12. Thanks for the report. When KSP 1.1 rolls around, I'll disable contracts until I can get to the point where I can learn Contract Configurator and re-introduce them.
  13. I've had to reduce my workload due to things taking a lot longer than expected, so for now I shelved the Copernicus until I have more time. Otherwise I keep getting pestered about when it'll be ready. The Nautilus can use most of what I've already done but even then I need to overhaul the parts. That won't happen until Pathfinder and MOLE are in a better shape.
  14. The only thing I have to add is that at least for my own mods, every time I rush to get an update out, it inevitably has lots of bugs. KIS & KAS are pretty complicated, with a lot of moving parts. There's definitely more than just relatively simple UI changes going on. I'd advise having patience to give @KospY, @IgorZ and crew time to get it right unless you'd like to see all kinds of bugs in the system.
  15. I believe the CactEye still uses it. It would be nice to have if not too much effort since I'd like to create an experiment involving taking pictures of vessels and bases. But if it is too much effort, maybe you could put hooks in place that would let me add that code back in.
  16. Yay, kudos for getting this working in 1.1! Looking forward to KSC2 and the Kosmodrome
  17. Add a reference to KSPUtil.dll. Check the first post it goves you clues on what you need to include.
  18. That is for Distant Object Enhancement. It was supposed to turn off Distant Object Enhancement's lense flare.
  19. Honestly I don't use USI-LS so I don't know. Best to wait for the dust to settle with 1.1 before tackling this one.
