  1. "Kernadian" Great Lake? I'd think "Kanadian" would be better.. Unless it's a different country it's referring to and i'm stupid
  2. I'd guess so, considering: A: the majority of the mass comes from the spacesuit, probably, the apollo 11 space suit, apparently weighed 200 pounds B: in any case it's probably too minescule of a difference to matter, considering kerbals are pretty light (I think so, anyways) C: it'd be added work for the programmers, for minimal gain, besides it'd annoy power-gamers to no end trying to conserve tiny amounts of mass "Well, I only use female kerbals for all my ships.. 0.001 tons lighter"
  3. Zero. (Hm, apparently it's an exact duplicate of an earlier post. Clever anti-spambot.) EDIT: Aaaand the anti-spam made me get ninja'd.
  4. I barely use PMs, ever. So, I don't think I have..
  5. I don't watch them, simply because even on mobile quality, my internet is just slow, so it still gets interrupted. With the squadcast summary and the fact i'm just not too interested on exactly what's in the next update, I just don't need to.
  6. Maybe this option has already been explored, but what about jet engines, with decouplers to: A: ditch everything else other than the capsule and B: kick the capsule into orbit?
  7. "I slew a murderer, hunted down numerous ghosts and undead in ayleid ruins, cut down hordes of goblins, went into Oblivion and back again three times, am the hero of Kvatch, single-handedly got the Draconian Madstone, found the armor of Tiber Septum himself, and you're telling me all I get is this lousy t-shirt!?" -Me, playing Oblivion. Also, majorjim, i'd guess not for realsies. (edit2: the t-shirt, that is. No idea about the 9000 post thing twice) EDIT: also just realized i'm just about 4 rep givings away from light green group. Wow. EDIT2: 497 rep points, Now, I hate to sound like a rep beggar.. EDIT3: Light green! Woo! Okay, now give rep to people who deserve it. (points to add-on releases, as always)
  8. This is one of those quotes that could be hilarious/terrible if taken out of context.
  9. Erm, sal_valger has 11,409 posts. I think he's at the top of the top.
  10. It'd be so much fun! The forums would be nothing but low-quality posts for miles; an- okay that doesn't sound appealing at all
  11. I think I know. It's called a hellban. Basically, to the punished, everything seems normal. Except nobody can see their posts, PMs, or anything. They think they're still on the website, but it seems like everyone is ignoring them (when really they're invisible)\ Anyone smart could realize somethings up when nobody replys to them, or responds to their PMs, which is why it's typically reserved for spammers/spambots. Spammers, and the utterly stupid. EDIT: A more comedic variant, in the times of usenet was plonking. edit2: also mods if you want to remove this post because it ruined your grand plan feel free to do so. EDIT3: There's also an interesting blog article about it, regarding stackoverflow, some other inegenious types of banning: http://blog.codinghorror.com/suspension-ban-or-hellban/ EDIT4: It's becoming increasingly obvious to me sysadmins are not satisfied with traditional bans as I do my research. They demand blood (okay not literally), and a price must be paid (again not literally). Thus, the drupal "misery" module was born. https://www.drupal.org/project/misery and there was also a vbulletin version (in fact, the drupal version was inspired by it), no idea if it still works. http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=165961 (4.2 vers http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=231106)
