  1. The meaning of life, the universe, and everything. (42)
  2. Wise words from Yahoo Philosophy Answers: Q: Why should I not be evil? A: You're not very good at it. You'll just be another mediocre evil person, most likely in prison. A: Because the cost of making a Skull shaped secret fortress on a hidden island, and all the traditional bad guy inventions has gone up so much in price that nobody can afford them anymore. A: Besides punishment? It doesn't pay well.
  3. I propose Occam's Razor, or rather "among competing hypotheses, the one with the fewest assumptions should be selected. Other, more complicated solutions may ultimately prove correct, butâ€â€in the absence of certaintyâ€â€the fewer assumptions that are made, the better." -wikipedia In other words, the devs probably just made a mistake naming it. yes, i know your post was a joke
  4. Yeah, that happens because physics calculations aren't easy, so when you time warp; it has to do more of them, and at lower quality. In extreme cases, time-warping can result in rockets breaking entirely, even without rocket thrust.
  5. Kerbal Joint Reinforcement is designed to specifically remove this problem. Your rockets will fly like rockets, and less like wet noodles. http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/55657-0-90-Kerbal-Joint-Reinforcement-v3-1-1-1-15-15 EDIT: Annnd B787 gave the exact same response.
  6. Ugh, who left this broken mirror laying around? Well, guess it's garbage.
  7. I like the way you think. In any case, I don't bother much with rovers anymore. Every single rover mission so far has gone wrong, so I don't have much to add.
  8. I'd say buff the mk2 landing pod as well while you're at it, it's heavier than two one seater command pods, as I recall. Make it lighter. But yeah, I agree, there's no way in hail those things should be able to survive re-entry. (Would make an Eve landing quite a bit harder...)
  9. This gives me an idea; what about a Module Manager config that makes Karbonite lighter or equal to in weight to it's LFO equivalent? Maybe I should make one and release it, as I've heard this argument for Kethane being better in that regard more than one time. EDIT: The Karbonite engines would probably have to be rebalanced with the config as well, I imagine, though.
  10. Almost there... Kinda.. Sorta.. 454 rep points, I'm coming for you, light green group!
  11. As far as I know, just an electricity generator.
  12. Dang ninja-ing. I wanted to go positive, and i'm doing that again, so... ten?
  13. 7 (I forgot to read the posts) EDIT (ninja)
  14. Orbit and back? Yes. Land and back? Noooooo. User below found an old game CD recently and is playing it.
  15. Kerbal Attachment System lets you attach some small parts, but it might not be what you're looking for, no laser as far as I know. http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/92514-0-24-2-Kerbal-Attachment-System-%28KAS%29-0-4-8-Fixed-for-0-24-2-x86-x64-%29 EDIT: There's also this fan-made Module Manager patch that lets Kerbals pick up larger parts, but I have no idea if it works or not: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/71683-A-Mechanic-Is-Jeb-or-KAS-For-Almost-Everything
  16. Took a break, didn't space. Did kill some rats in Oblivion, though. Well, someones gotta do it.
