A_Name: I understand what you're saying about the part count but building larger wings out of smaller parts are just a stop-gap measure until the Mods with the larger single piece wings comes out for 1.0.5. I just downloaded the Kerbal Joint Reinforcement Mod. GDJ: I like the way you think but I never have done any modding like you did to make the FAT-1000 Wing Set.
  2. What is the best way to make larger wings out of the default parts (Similar to those on the stock Stearwing A300 in 1.0.5)? I'm not sure where to start on the leading edge or on the trailing edge of the wing and how to keep them from breaking apart on the “load" bounce when the plane drops to the runway when it first loads.   3. I’m sure this has been asked a ton of time but I couldn’t find the thread on what causes or solve Aircraft to veering off of the runway while taking off. As I understand it, what causes an aircraft veer either to left or right off of the runway is one of the landing gear is out of the alignment or one of the engines is twisted (not parallel to the fuselage). I have this problem in both versions (1.0.4 & 1.0.5) of KSP. I’m just wondering if there are any clues how to fix or realign the steering? Thanks,

I’m trying to make a Mothership & a Drone out of Mk II parts similar to the M-21 & the D-21 (the SR-71 with the Drone) but I’m having trouble attaching the 2 Fuselages together even with radial decouplers. I’m hoping someone has some ideas how to make it work. 1) What is the Fastest Engine (Air Breathing) for KSP? 2) I understand that Squad has limited 1 pilot per craft, but I just was wondering if anyone knows why they did it. Just to clarified I meant you can’t transfer a pilot for one craft to another craft (on orbit )& still fly the both crafts even if you have 2 pilots in the original crew. Thanks,
  6. I’m just wondering how many different versions of KSP other users have on their computers. I have 4 different versions of KSP (.25, .90, 1.0, 1.0.4). I’m thinking about deleting some of the older versions in time but I wanted see what other users do first. I just have been playing 1.0.4. Thanks,
  7. I hate to beat a Dead Horse to death; however the “Mini Shuttle†is one of my very favorite Mods. To me KSP isn’t the same without it! I download the “KSO_v4.2_CompletePack†version which I think was updated for 1.0.2. Would someone please be kind enough to tell me what mods I need to update to fly it in 1.0.4? Thanks,
  8. I’m just wondering if there is a Shortcut Key for the Middle Mouse Button. I’m sure that you have seen when you scroll over a part in either the Hanger or the VAB that reads “Click on the Middle Mouse Button for More Informationâ€Â. Because I’m a Disabled Player I have my Middle Mouse Button set up to do double click. If that is not a Shortcut Key for the Middle Mouse Button, what type of information does it show? Thanks,
  9. As I understand it when Squad changed the Atmosphere in V 1.0 they changed the Delta-Vee from 4500 down to I believe 3200 to get into Low Kerbin Orbit, is this so? Also with the changes to the Atmosphere, launching Small Launch Vehicles (the Stock Z-Map Satellite) is harder because they tend to flop over in middle of the flight. Are there any tips for launching smaller Launch Vehicles? I’m just wondering is that are any methods that I don’t know about? By the way I’m using KSP 1.0.4 & Mechjeb. Thanks,
  10. To go farther on the idea, he got the news before the flight & 2 days (on Monday) after the Launch only to find out that the Flowers DON'T Bloom.
  11. For a while now I have been wondering why isn’t there lights in the cargo bays? I know I can just use the Stock Spot & Flood Lights but sometimes they just don’t work. Here is a thought I have for a part (I’m not sure even if it’s possible to do) but I would take the MK2 Drone Core shell & put a Battery with couple of lights facing 1 way. No I don’t have the skill to make my own mods so I’ll let you Mod Masters do it. Thanks,
  12. I’m a little confused here about which version of KSP this mod supports the thread states that it supports KSP 1.0.4 but when I try to download the mod on Kerbal Stuff it’s supports just KSP 1.0.2... I’m talk about version 0.40 of the Mod. Thanks,
  13. It appears that I have found a work-around answer, it seems that I had a double posting of the part(s) within my PartDatabase.cfg. I'm not sure if deleting it really has remove the files or just blocking the game from access the hidden files. I went a completely deleted the mod in question (Mark IV Spaceplane System), even so after delete the mod I still have a couple of the engines that came with the mod. I don't have access to a third party site that allows to share files like the KSP.log & I couldn't find my unity player.log.

First of all I’m not sure of this correct section to post this in, Last night I installed a new mod & overwritten the needed support mod no problem there but the odd thing the mod itself somehow made duplicate parts of every single part in the mod. I tried deleting all of the files that came with the new mod & rebooting the game & then reinstalling the mod but the duplicate parts are still there. I prefer not to name the new mod because I’m pretty sure the error is my fault, but I’m running Window 7 in 32 bit & KSP 1.0.4 in 32 bit. This there a way I can fix it where I can have a single copy of the mod. Thanks,
  15. Pardon me but I’m little confused here, but I thought this add-on (MSI's Infernal Robotics - Model Rework) didn’t work with 1.0.4 yet according to the Kerbal Stuff, is there a patch? However it appears that Pandoras Kitten got it to work. Also is there a mod/Add-on that will add the Canadarm2’s End Effector with Lights (at least the look of it). Thanks,
  16. I feel foolish for asking this (yet again) but I know that KSOS in the very first posting of the thread is for KSP 0.90. I’ve downloaded the link that Avalon304 (On Page 637 on this Tread) as he stated it for KSP 1.0.2 & should work for 1.0.4 but with needed mods updated for 1.0.4, however I’m sure which mods that I need since I can’t find the list of them. I’m mainly after the Glowing Glo Lights at this time. Thanks,
  17. I’m looking for some Help/Advice on how to make 2 Types of SSTO(s) 1) Just a SR-71 Style (Mk II) SSTO & a 2) Cargo Version SSTO in KSP 1.0.4. I can make an “Okay†copy of the SR-71 (using MK2 Parts & all Liquid Fuel with the 2 or 3 “Whiplash†Ram Jet Engines) & I can get her up to about 27,000 Meters since that’s on the edge of the Atmosphere. I have tried making the very same aircraft but with Rocket Fuel & Rapier Engines & I can’t even get her off of the Ground. I know that I can google “KSP & SSTO†but I haven’t found any tutorials that explains why you need to do this while they just show you how they build their SSTOs. I haven’t seen Tutorials on what to do or how to make a Cargo SSTO; I want a SSTO with a small cargo bay that I can launch small Satellite and on both Planes I want be able to a Docking Port (dock to a Space Station).   19. I’m not sure where I should post this posting due to nature of the questions. 1)I need help with achieving orbit use Mechjeb, I’m trying to land on the Mun. I got to the point where I’m heading towards the Mun but my Apoapsis is within the core of Mun & I have to circularizing my orbit (anywhere from 19 Km to 50Km) & I still crash into the surface Mun. 2)I was able to land on the Mun twice but I’m not sure how I did it, but I have 3 Kerbals Stranded on Mun without enough fuel to dock with the Space Station waiting in orbit. Therefore are there any tricks of landing another Lander within a few meters of the Stranded Lander & her Crew? I’m using KSP 25.0 & MechJeb2 2.4.0.0 Thanks,
  20. I have 2 copies of KSP (0.25 & 0.90) running, because I'm using the Steam Version of KSP, therefore I just making a separate copy so I can play the game off-line.
  21. I have a follow-up question about upgrading the requested mods - in this case RPM, do I need to install the whole mod or just the .dll file. I have heard some people say the whole mod & others say just .dll file. @ Angel-125: Thanks for the info on the Quad Booster Super 25 & the Great Mission Chronicles. @Avalon304: Thanks for all of your help & for the Quad Booster Super 25.

  25. Angel-125, I can't speak for anyone else but I for one am very interested in The Mission Chronicles, they lift my spirits after I keep on Crashing the KSO on every landing .
