  1. As it was brought up a month ago with no resolutions, I am also having an issue with the runway and it's major flaws with no real way of solving it. Any ideas on what is going on. I just started up an RSS save and trying to take-off or land is impossible with massive heaves in the concrete and the invisible collision meshes. My aircraft sits 2 feet above the runway, so my wheels never touch the ground technically.
  2. When you click edit, there is a drop down menu called "Categories" and look for miscellaneous and you can add the toggle to the main window.
  3. Anyone else having issues with the landing gear motors? I built a small rover with the basic 1x wheel, and upon trying to drive on the Mun, it just rolls down the hill as if the motors arent doing anything at all. Steering works, and yes I have updated Firespitter. *Edit: Whoops, turns out I just had them turned the wrong way, and besides the point they are weak as hell!
  4. Having major issues with the large 5m tanks and Thor II SRBs. I have four SRBs attached to the large 5m tank via the TT-70 radial decoupler, and upon release they just swing back into the tank. I tried solving the first problem by putting seperatrons on the top and bottom of the SRBs, but now when I decouple the 5m tank disappears even though the parts never interact except minor exhaust gasses from the seperatrons. Any ideas on how I can fix this? Edit: Changed the seperatrons to be 45 degrees outboard of center, so the exhaust no longer hits the tank, it worked "fine". I guess the 5m tanks are just very fragile.
  5. I feel like I am missing something. I have an empty solid fuel booster and after mining some karbonite I am trying to convert to solid fuel, but nothing is happening. What gives? Wrong booster?
  6. Ok I will try a few different things before posting logs, as I noticed when I have 4 or more of the smalls it starts doing the same thing, but to less of an effect. Do I require the use of precoolers if I am using NEAR and not deadly reentry?
  7. I am having issues with the SABRE M Motor. When I reach speeds >900 m/s (usually in the upper atmosphere around 16km-24km) my game starts pausing on a frame and starting again. It will pause for half a second then play for 3 seconds, and the faster and higher I go the worse it gets, it gets to a point where the game plays normally for 1 second and pauses on a frame for 1 second. Turning down atmo effects doesnt help but speed up the framerate. Any advice on fixing this would be great. As a note the small SABRE does not have this problem only the medium size.
  8. Ok, thanks for the info. I will learn to deal with it, and toggle the nodes off and on. By the way, thanks for the wonderful mod as it alone makes this game so much more enjoyable for me, and keeps me logging lots of hours.
  9. Ok thanks for the info, I do not have a full grasp on aerodynamic properties, so I always assumed that the arrow was a vector showing the direction of lift in the game. Is there any easy way to get it back for ease of precise building?
  10. Ever since the .25 update, my lift node in the SPH and VAB no longer has a vector arrow. Just having a blue dot makes it very hard to accurately line up my lift with my mass, as it is basically invisible when inside the yellow center of mass node.
  11. I am using the basic version for 32 bit in .25, and I noticed it didnt even slow down loading, yet when using it in .24.2 it would stall for 30 seconds or so (which I know was what it is intended to do). Am I missing something here?
