Lots of people are arguing about this. I like the update, and what Squad is doing, but I picked it up for $15 on sale so I can't really be mad at all for such a great game I put so much time towards.

Yeah, they're stock. I use them a lot. As for the question, I sometimes use engines as "landing legs". As a lot of people do.

On my last career, he's stuck in Duna orbit with Bill and Bob after returning to orbit and realising there was no RCS to dock with the transfer stage.

Before I got KSP, my CPU fry program was Minecraft. I did that by messing with the superflat options to make every single possible space in the world TNT. Then I'd light it and see how long it lasted. I want to try this on some government supercomputer- 1,592 replies

You could always try asparagus ions, with full usage of the Oberth effect you could probably get fast enough.

TBH if I want to get to a location on Kerbin, I don't use a plane. I typically choose to use either a suborbital hop or de-orbit some ship over it. It's amazing what you can find in KSP without ever even leaving Kerbin
