  1. I love it! It's awesome! You've put as much detail into this as you can- the same thing with your Munbugs. It really sets you apart. I hope that you and your family are doing well. P.S. It's great to see a vestige of Apogee Shipworks in the logo.
  2. It's ok, the cheerleading team can always use more help! @Choctofliatrio2.0, come here!
  3. I've been in the community for so long, I remember @Mulbin's Munbug IX!
  4. Alrighty then, welcome to the team! I'll add you to the PM thread now.
  5. Origninally, ZooNamedGames was Flight Director, but now he's the Astronaut. I took over FD for him, but that left Booster open, and CAPCOM still needs to be filled. If he can't get the forwarding set up, he goes back to FD, I go back to Booster, and we need an Astronaut and CAPCOM. If he can get it set up, then we need CAPCOM and Booster. Basically, back up Booster means taking over the role when I am not there (even if I am in a different station for a particular launch).
  6. Booster is the station in charge of monitoring the launch vehicle from pad rollout until vehicle destruction or recovery. You would need to monitor acceleration, speed, altitude, and other related telemetry through Telemachus and report the information to the flight director. Right now, I am Flight Director and ZooNamedGames is the astronaut, but if he cannot get his port forwarding set up, he goes back to FD and I go back to Booster. (But if someone else can't do CAPCOM, I could go CAPCOM and they could take Booster.)
  7. It looks like we are just looking for a CAPCOM and a backup Booster. If you want to be CAPCOM, you need to be able to listen to two conversations at once, perhaps even three, and talk to someone and relay the important information to them. You will need skype, a good microphone and headset, and the standard install for this program. It might also be helpful if you are able to do port forwarding, because you might be called upon to fly the rocket if ZooNamedGames cannot get his set up.
  8. @SpaceplaneAddict is. It's basically the same role as FAO, so we combined them depending on the launch.
  9. @Mad Rocket Scientist make the document editable by users with your permission, and ask in our PM thread about everyone's email names.
  10. @SpaceplaneAddict, see above. FAO is in charge of scheduling the burns in orbit, any orbital maneuvers, any experiments run, and any EVAs.
  11. Then as acting Flight Director for the April launch, you're in!
  12. will you be able to make the launch on the first weekend of April, and most launches after that?
  13. Do you have RSS/RO and all the other assorted mods needed? @ZooNamedGames, you need to add Flight Activities Officer and Capcom to the OP. (We could say that FAO and POO are the same, though.)
  14. Howdy, @Cooboo! Here are the things you need- decent math skills, a calculator, Skype +headset, KSP (obviously), RSS/RO. and some other stuff that I don't remember rn. Great to have you!
  15. 10/10 Nice hat. Also, "Odyssey".
  16. I'm pretty sure they're made up of my hopes and dreams- both them and the tanks went up in flames when I discovered KSP.
  17. Looks like you could definitely lose some mass there. Try swapping out the RTG with 4 -OX Stat panels, and changing the cone at the bottom to a nosecone with fuel. If you changed the chairs around, you could probably lose a set of RCS, too.
  18. Yeah, what he said. Docking is easy for me, it's the rendezvous that are hard. Welcome aboard! P.S. INB4 @Starhawk
  19. Are we allowed to know if other forumgoers have been banned? I ask because the Real Space Program is planning our next launch, and we need to know if we should find replacements for some members. Specifically, @Gaarst and @Mods_o_joy. Can you tell us anything?
  20. So, in total, we are looking at 2 spots to be replaced, and one more to be created, right? Replacements: Guidance (Guido) Payload Operations Officer Created: Capsule Communicator Calling all forumgoers!
  21. @Majorjim Nice work! One minor quibble- the LEM was a prototype. The final acronym was LM, which is what was used in Apollo.
  22. Awesome vehicle man! I didn't know that @Kuzzter's bloaking device worked for the whole Saturn V! Don't worry @Majorjim, you'll sort it out.
