  1. If you don\'t have any craft that you want to keep persistent, just delete the persistence file and they will come back. Or you can edit the file and set their status to 0 which makes them available again. You should also set the ToD(Time of Death) value to 0 or unexpected results may occur) Cheers! 2. Dang, those aren\'t eyebrows, they look like electrical tape! Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky Kerbal Comics
  3. See the boys take on the Space Kraken! http://www.kerbalcomics.com/2012/07/30/episode-12-fighting-spirit/ Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky Kerbal Comics
  4. Not likely, there is no official archive of past versions. That said, Harv has mentioned the possibility of making previous versions available in the future. Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  5. I don\'t play TF2. So NYA! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  6. It\'s likely to be very similar to our star system. I believe Harv has even stated this before. The familiarity with our own solar system will help people better understand what they are doing if the two systems have some resemblance. As for the names, it\'s unlikely to be a bunch of K themed names. Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  7. The last thing I need is all you cretins adding me to your Steam friends list. ;P Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  8. That may introduce a set of problems and bugs generating unnecessary reports which we are trying to avoid. It\'s always best to start from a fresh install when a new alpha version comes out. Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  9. Please visit the Support forum and read this post: http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/forum/index.php?topic=11693.0 Then start a new topic in the Support forum with the requested information. Replying on this topic is not the proper place for support. Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  10. When saving the file in Notepad, make sure you have the File Type drop down set to All Files. Otherwise it will append a .txt to the filename and the game won\'t see it. Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  11. First, you need a craft that\'s in the orbit you want so you can copy it\'s orbital data from the persistence file. Then you move the craft you want put in orbit to the launchpad/runway. Then edit the persistence file and paste the orbital data from the orbiting craft over the craft on the pad. Make sure you delete the craft that was already in orbit or they will overlap and fireworks will ensue. That\'s a bit oversimplified, but it\'s the basic gist of it. Cheers! 12. It\'s possible the person is using the demo in which case looking for older mods that support that version is a possibility. Also, we never give new people a hard time. Being new we can excuse the occasional slip ups. It\'s the long time regulars that get hard smackdowns when they run afoul. They should know better! Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  13. You will know when everyone else does as Harv will make a post about it. Until then, no one knows anything and asking this question just irritates the community. It\'s the equivalent of a little kid in the back seat of the car yelling 'Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet?' Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager

  19. You can already shed your boosters while leaving the LFEs running. Create your rocket with LFTs and and LFE. In the next stage have your decouplers. In the next stage (at the bottom) put your boosters and drag just the LFE from the above stage into the boosters stage. When you launch, the boosters and the LFE will fire up. Hitting the staging button when the boosters are dead will pop them off, but because the LFE is still attached to the rocket, it will just move to the current stage and keep firing. Cheers! 20. Due to changes in the game, previous saves and craft files are not compatible. This is a common issue in alpha development, so be prepared. Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  21. That\'s because there are height and width parms in the tag. You copied the thumbnail BBCode. Try this: [spoiler][img=http://i.imgur.com/40Xdys.jpg][/spoiler] Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  22. Dropbox has a bandwidth limit and as some users here are finding out, KSP\'s popularity can cause your account to exceed that limit making it so no one can see your images. It\'s great for small to medium group sharing, but using a link publicly can get it shutdown quick if the popularity is high enough. Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  23. imageshack.us is also not visible in all countries. Bad option IMHO. Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  24. The Kosmos pack has some nodes in varying sizes and works with 0.16. Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  25. F1 will take a screenshot and place it in the Screenshots folder. Upload that to an image hosting site such as imgur.com and use the BBCode link it gives you to paste into your post. Also, please select the code you post and put spoiler tags around it (the nuke toolbar button) to help keep the forums compact and tidy. Thanks! Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
