This is strange. Sometimes KSP does make my computer act weird, such as sometimes it appears on the task bar when running and sometimes it's not, but it isn't a huge issue. RAM perhaps? Maybe KSP uses a lot of your resources.

Have you tried sending an email to the support team?

Maybe the bigger, more advanced ones should give you more science for transmitting data.

You mentioned something about changing someting on your computer. Could you change it back?

Try this: Right click on the game on the steam library Click Properties Click on the local files tab (I think that's it) Then click "Verify integrity of game cache" (Something like that) Wait for it to finish, and try again. If that doesnt work: Right click the game in the steam library Properties Click local files and delete local game content. Reinstall and try that. If that STILL doesnt work, tell me on this thread.

I usually take pictures of eclipses that I don't expect.

Did you run the x32 version instead of the x64? Since you got it on steam, go to: Computer/Programs (X86)/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Kerbal Space Program It's somewhere in there. Click on KSP.exe instead of KSP.exe 64 bit or something like that. Good luck
