Nobody noticed the huge Led Zeppelin pun that I did? Like, I spent so much work on it!

SR-71 Blackbird by Eorin and Exothermos
Matuchkin replied to eorin's topic in KSP1 The Spacecraft Exchange
By far the best replica I've seen. You nailed the shape, took the time to simulate the windows, nailed the engine bay and intakes, did the wings perfectly, nailed the nose, I can keep going. -
This Time, Valhalla Came to Him (Toronto) Yesterday morning, a man who does come from the land of the ice and snow, Matthew, was mauled by a black Boston Terrier: he climbed the stairway to heaven alright, but this time, it didn't come with a price tag. We have attempted to contact his parents to find out more about his previous actions, and found out the story was quite clear. He been' blind, or so we were told by his father, Bob, who also informed us that Matthew, dazed and confused, may have been denyin' it all along. A real heartbreaker. Legal action is bound to take place in the future, but as the appointed lawyer solemnly comments: "hey hey what can I do".

Well someone doesn't get it. I see no problems with this evidence. This is rock-solid, no possible rebuttals...

I guess the only "tv show" (close enough to one?) that I experienced is The Last of Us. Storyline was great, by the way.

Still, classification has to be done.

You are talking about liquid or solid rocket boosters, which are used on most medium-heavy launchers, if not all: What you mean when you say "drop tank" is the drop tank on a plane: If you are referring to extra boosters, then your plane is absolutely not an SSTO. If you are referring to the auxiliary fuel container, it is debatable.

Cassini-Huygens Probe Memorial Challenge
Matuchkin replied to rev_dude's topic in KSP1 Challenges & Mission ideas
Bonus challenge: do literally everything that Cassini did, in RSS. Do it. -
I must say it looks very interesting. Good job. Even though it is debatable whether drop-tanks are excusable for SSTOs.

HOI! I literally never voluntarily watched a tv show in my life. Is that normal?

I made a... trumpet-shaped spaceship.

Are you Suhr? I really dig the- wait, that's a shovel pun. What have I become. -
So I've been watching @Azimech work since I've joined in 2014, and this guy is on fire. He essentially took the most inconceivable concepts and brought them to reality, one by one: a working steam engine, a working piston engine, components powered by these engines (which is even more crazy since it goes to show that his engine tricks are all practical), etc. For god's sake, he's literally just made an actual plane, like, not by placing down pre-made components, but by actually designing the cockpit, the control surfaces, the muscle-mechanism that moves the joystick and pedals, the truss mechanism that conveys control input from the cockpit into plane movement, all by himself. He's now making a dashboard that actually seems to be working, and apparently the only mod he's using is a paint mod. How does this even work? Long story short, I don't think we will ever have someone like Azimech here again, and we really need to give him a round of applause.

You have to use steel beams to make rockets. Anyone see the coincidence? *WOW*
-
Just interested. How realistic are you planning to make this series? Will it be like Kollaborative Warfare, or something more serious?
-
See? What is "daily damned" even supposed to mean?

Well after WinkAllKerb" came here this thread is the official pointless thread.

Yes but you see guitar is I like because pedal is good to pull. Did you know carburetor is liquid plug coil? Think of the children! a) Palpatine is most Liberal likely... support... ... ... b) I... like/math...

Add several tiny moons to Jool
Matuchkin replied to DAL59's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
IRL, Jupiter actually has thousands, but a lot of them are too insignificant to note. This is impossible to simulate in-game, but how about this: We can give our gas giant a different "asteroid" system, in which the asteroids in question are actually moons (i.e. larger and rounder, etc, but size and shape can vary greatly). When you find one of these moons, you can track it like a normal asteroid and name it, but the track sticks around permanently so as not to clutter up your tracking station with useless moon names. We can possibly change around science experiment results in Jool's vicinity, to emulate (a). high radiation levels near the giant (b) atmospheric analysis, (c) etc. -
totm march 2020 So what song is stuck in your head today?
Matuchkin replied to SmileyTRex's topic in The Lounge
Put on some Dream Theater, you should start levitating within a few minutes. That should fix you up. I would tell you to go with Chopin, but that's only for the trace situation in which your country has been invaded by the Russian Empire. -

And yet I can't understand your comment, because all that I hear in my head is AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! In fact I can't understand anything. I'm trying to work on a literature assignment and I just realised that all I wrote for the past six hours was just a bunch of AAAs. Time to AAAAAA resAAtarAt. -
