I'm wondering that too. EDIT: Just checked the cargo bay part and it still doesn't attach and seems to only attach inside another part. At least the inside attachment point works.

Nice new stuff Beale! The fact that I'm commenting again means I'm back playing KSP (still need to wait for Near Future Propulsion to update but hey, Tantares engines are quite eye pleasing!). I gotta agree with you people about current 1.0.2's aerodynamics. What an headache! Only the first new big ship (which also came out the best looking one) I built is stable enough to leave Kerbin's atmosphere without tumbling end over end. Really looking forward to the day all those station parts have IVAs! Oh by the way since I'm on a roll of building big TMK-esque ships, I been wondering about that big circular counter weight thing TMK design has. Is something like that planned? Pheh, yeah. This is stressing me out because it feels like Minecraft 1.8 (mods for that game's latest update are next to nil) all over again but with KSP this time. Hopefully things have settled down within a month.

Bleh. Even 1.0 for me is boring without the mods I've been using (Tantares, Near Future Technologies, KSO, RPM, etc). Will have to wait and check KSP about a week later. *goes to cryosleep*

Ohhh! KSP 1.0 finally! *looks at all the mods in his GameData folder* Uh, y-yeah gotta wait for all of them to catch up but until then, there seems to be plenty of familiarizing to do in stock 1.0. It seems with all the new stock parts I'm going to have to come up with a crazy new design so I can do all the stuff with one ship (scanning, landing, drilling, gathering science, housing at least 3 kerbals, etc). It's gonna be sweet!

Nice! Sadly though, I've never seen that show, seen only pictures of that Eagle ship and an old KSP mod which added it in the game. That ship has a nice practical shape to it.

...that craft with the stock plane parts in the middle. That is the most awesome thing I've seen built by somebody else in KSP for a long while. Now I have to go build my own version of that ship (when 1.0 comes out of course) I've always liked that cockpit originally from Spaceplanes plus mod, lots of RPM monitors and an awesome view outside. I'm genuinely surprised that I haven't thought of that design myself since I like that two-kerbal plane cockpit (sorry, I never seem to notice what name parts use, I just look at the model and roll with it).

Nice texture and door changes to the Spectre! Much better than the previous one IMO. Anyway, a bit overdue but this is what I built about a week ago: It's a small interplanetary ship. Came out even sweeter than I first thought it would. A scenic farewell to Kerbin.

Looks fresher than before compared to Vostok and yeah the Spectre capsule does have this "I got my eye on you, Kraken!" look on it, part of the reason I like it.

I myself don't do challenges. I'm not a competitive person at all, competition is quite alien to me. I could care less who wins what, I'm just playing KSP for Sci-Fi experience to get away from all this real-life nonsense. Anyway, I have my eyes peeled at the day when Spectre gets it's IVA (with RPM support of course).

Now that I think about it. I think I'm gonna build something with Cygnus core in the next KSP version, there are many possibilities as what to use it for (apart from delivering small supplies) like a small science gathering drone or a cryogenic container containing a live kerbal or a more grim example: Space coffin, send out your dead Kerbals in style!

Nice new Cygnus! To be frank, I've only launched one or two probes/satellites since I first started playing KSP over a year ago. Just comes down to my preference of playing style. To me unmanned stuff lack the appeal, there are a few exceptions though. EDIT: Nice alternate texture.

About the current HAMAL probe core (the one with edgy bits), I also vote to leave it in and have the "redone" version as a new part. Been using that core in some of my designs and it be a bummer to have it gone.

No worries, at least from me. I meant no harm by it, we all need a little humour but not to the point it gets horribly off-rails and lame. Anyways, back to topic. I built my new ship with that new capsule and it came out sweet, will have to create my own Imgur account to post the pics sometime. Now.. about the issues I've had so far which seem to be still lingering about: Those LK landing legs for start, apart from retracting without animation they seem to also want to yank off my ship every time I land (they move from side to side), an anomaly I don't see with stock's legs and then there's the usual docking port shrunkage.
