  1. My favorite option for comms will be disable the system. Should remain as a mod
  2. Yeah mine are based off them except mine are a bit closer to scale, have a better LES, and I forgot the nose cap(will fix) Wish I could make it this detailed stock
  3. Or you can make a massless jool. And ram it into the real one
  4. NASA's Manned Space Program Produced by Duna Aerospace All of these replicas are to be as detailed as possible while remaining in scale and being functional. Apollo is being finished and STS will come with 1.1 These use KJR and Tweakscale Mercury-Redstone The first mission to put an American in space. Download: http://kerbalx.com/clivman/Mercury-Redstone Mercury-Atlas The first mission to put an American in orbit. Download: http://kerbalx.com/clivman/Mercury-Atlas Mercury Capsule The Mercury capsule on top of both the Redstone and Atlas rockets includes a LES and retrorockets for deorbit. Normal staging sequence should be used with the exception of an abort. In that case action group 2 will separate tower, 10 will separate retros, and 7 will separate parachute cover. 9 deploys main chute. For full realism and conservation of power you should turn off torque for the capsule. The RCS jets have accurate pitch, yaw, and roll control. 5. Since I use Tweakscale I've come up with creative uses for all of them.
  6. I have a Tweakscale Gemini, it's to scale and is detailed. http://kerbalx.com/clivman/Gemini I also made a GATV for it to dock to http://kerbalx.com/clivman/GATV
  7. Due to aerodynamic forces, not because they are made of spaghetti
  8. Umm no. The difference in this case is that reducing wobble is more realistic.
  9. As in parts are rigid and do not move at all in relation to each other. It's better phrased as rigid join physics
  10. Yeah more struts lower FPS! Seriously, we don't have life support and they expect us to make the struts that go on the INSIDE of a rocket. You can't use struts in a vertical stack and you know what rockets are, TALL and SKINNY. If you want to change reality to be less fun in a game, please just do it in a mod. - - - Updated - - - My point is just because a feature is broken and there is a way around it doesn't mean you can't fix it.
  11. Poor design is poor design, you shouldn't have included a cargo bay on your ship. So no bugfixes to get rid of the Kraken. The logic on these forums......
  12. Ceres is of similar size to the moon. Unless you mean NEO's you might want to check your facts.
  13. Yeah thats what I said the Atlas V is right the Atlas B has the same diameter as centaur(so does Atlas-centaur core) currently both Atlas are 2.5 m
