Shotcut for movies. Forgot which (awesome) forum user recommended it to me sometime ago, but I pretty satisfied of it. Somewhat not as completed as Adobe Premier, but it's free and open-source. Edit: The edition of the sound is pretty bad though. While you can part video and audio from a file, in order to edit the last, the program is still unable to put them together again. As a result you must keep on editing files separately for all the video... -
Ariane 6' mobile gantry has rolled out for the first time! P.S. - Lower the volume... really. Another video, from the official CSG video team, and with more detailed sights of the gantry.

CRS-18 Going transonic. Second reentry burn: Aaaannnnnd... that's it. I held the camera until the last second, focused on B1056, and I waited for the traditional sonic boom, telling to myself, "It has to be the best catch on a RTLS I ever made until now!"... Only to realize the camera wasn't recording ---->

When I recently yelled at a kid for listening at music loudly on his phone...

I recently accepted (about a week ago, already...) to host the relatives of a close friend. Friendly and kind people but... one of them is humming A.L.L T.H.E T.I.M.E. Since my birth I can not stand the whistles and those horrible hmm hmm. I can put the music louder when she is next to me, and I still hear her horrible tunes. It's too late now, and I still have to bear this horror for five days!

It's been a while since I thought about starting a topic as a place to share our love of cars, planes, boats and many more. Here we can discuss the vehicles we had, the current ones, or the ones we would like to have in the future. Concepts and mechanics are also welcome. Note: for the sake of discretion and anonymity on this forum, I think it would be better to hide the registration plates of our personal and actual land vehicles (aircraft and boat numbers are much less subject to illegal duplicates). I start with the car of which I am the happy driver for almost five years: my 2015 Kia Optima LX. Although she is far from being a rocket with her 2.4L Theta II GDI I4 and (rather slow) shiftless transmission, I did not have to complain about her so often. Her aerodynamic profile gives a couple of rather annoying blind spot of 3/4 on the rear left, and even more on the right (I have to literally raise myself from the seat for every check on starboard, despite a height of 194 cm). However, the same profile gives her a little plus when moving under the rain at more than 40 mph / 65 km/h, the water flowing with a very good fluidity along the windshield and making the wipers almost useless. Driver assistance is also with its + and -. The positive with the TCS, and the negative for the ESP, which is definitively "pessimistic" on the curves with reduced angle.
