I did edit your intel build. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/vgnw6X Now it has a more modern, faster CPU, more modern motherboard with modern features, slightly cheaper RAM(if you have a preference, you can change that), a non-Sandforce SSD to allow better performance(ask @Camacha about Sandforce), and a semi-modular PSU more fit for your wattage. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/fw3dXH Now it has an even faster CPU, more modern motherboard, more expensive but compatible RAM, a non-Sandforce SSD, and the same PSU. And here's your AMD build: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/TL7ZRG That could take a GTX 1060 instead(like a GTX 980 according to NVIDIA, likely closer to a GTX 970)with the cost savings. The AMD build will be faster for your video streaming because of the extra cores, and the 1060 can render faster. The Intel build will likely play KSP faster.

Naval Battle League 2016-2018

Yes, they are. They aren't banned, I just don't use them because it can also be hard to gauge how much burn power and time you need, and to aim them, you aim the ship. -

Ok then. Mass accelerators use rocket exhaust and decouplers/separators(I think) to push projectiles at speed. Oftentimes, I think that they take up too much space inside of a ship. A small mass accelerator doesn't work well enough in my opinion, so they do need to take up a lot of space inside your ship. -

I'd battle you without ramming, and could probably demonstrate armored ship design better than quasarr could. The goal here is to carve your own niche for your shipbuilding style. If you'd like to fight someone who is a bit more of a newbie, I'd recommend @Sharkman Briton. He could use my ships and some of his own, so you could see armored ship design in a generic manner, and he is also likely closer to your skill level. It could help you learn how to fight, and him too(if you accept, I'd be giving him a little help via IRC). Mass accelerators are now shipkillers, 1.1.3 invalidated all mods again, BDArmory has lost development, and ramming is still banned except in special cases. Reason being that any well armored ship can *splat* a fighter without using any ammo for a free kill, and for ramming, armor is still the only thing that matters as you can just increase distance for extra speed. -

They are fine for Kerbal. The r7 370 might be an issue for more intensive triple a games, but you can play most games that exist now.
-
750 Ti's can't SLI. Also Leonov hasn't been here in years.

Go with a 1070. Its really fast. The GPU performance won't matter as much. Get the one with as i7 if you're set on a Mac.

@8bitgammers Please reupload the file. -
Clock speed doesn't matter unless these traits are the same: If those traits aren't the same: AMD CPUs have significantly lower performance per gigahertz. This means that a 3 GHz CPU is very very slow. KSP loves CPU power, so performance won't be great.

That's Tron. Reverse image search is very nice. -
http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=2696&page=5 The EVO runs quieter and cooler. You shouldn't need a CPU cooler other than the stock Intel one of pressed on budget.
-
Ok, just checking. Anything on the CPU Cooler? The 212 EVO is like $10 more.
-
Keep in mind that you are using a last generation CPU. Also, you may want an SSD. If you want a CPU cooler, the hyper 212 evo or hyper t4 is often the best choice on the cheap.

Hold on, let me fix that for ya. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/xFZG3F Also, laptop. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Acer-Notebook-i5-6200U-Integrated-Graphics/dp/B016B90WR4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1464530455&sr=8-1&keywords=Acer+Laptop+Aspire+E15

UK Partlist In euros thats like 400 euros. Windows is anywhere between 15 and 75 euros, and certain sites like dreamspark have it free if you are a student. Or, you can use your old windows key.

30 or 60 FPS? How many parts? What is your budget? Desktop is consistently a better value than a laptop. What would your budget be for a desktop, and what would your budget be for said high end laptop?
