  1. NotAnAimbot: XF-4 CRAS-2 & F-2C Sea Predator for @inigma Just press 1 to turn on ECM, and let the magic happen. Note that 1 also turns on autopilot and toggles guard mode, so you could rebind it if you want to. the ECM is inside the tail for the XF-4 and behind the tail for the F-2C, you might have to clip into the CRAS to find it.
  2. Just a small detail @inigma, but the XF-4 is mentionned twice in the OP, while it's supposed to be the F-2 with the CRAS-2 for my entry.
  3. Guess I might as well do the entries with non-broken links. Have the CRAS-2 fixed F-2 link For both, 1 is bound to activate the autopilot, ECM and toggle guard mode. Engines need to be started manually.
  4. Just realized my links for Dropbox were broken. Here's the three-four planes; F-2C ASF XF-4 CRAS2 ASF XF-4 CRAS Anti-tank/ASF F-24A (6xMarverick) and F-24B (4xCruise Missiles) Sorry for the links
  5. You see those white dots in the background? That's what's left of the Papa-1 after fighting the XF-4. Feel free to test for yourself. Have the CRAS-2 Also, fixed F-2 link
  6. Introducing two new planes from Aimbot Labs; the F-4 and F-2C. The F-4 CRAS multirole fighter is designed to tackle both ground and air targets. Its armament is composed of 2xAIM-120, 6xAIM-9, 2xMarverick and 2xM61 Vulcan cannons, in addition to a targeting pod and ECM module. Its high maneuverability and heavy armament makes it suitable for most battlefield tasks, and especially good if you're defending some base against a big assault from your arch-nemesis. Link Built to complement its ground-attack version, the F-2C Predator is a dedicated ASF, operating beyond and within visual range with its impressive loadout of 2xM61, 6xAIM-120 and 6xAIM-9. It comes equipped with countermeasures and ECM. It is, however, bigger and less maneuverable than its successor the F-4, and shouldn't be used for close-range dogfights. Link For both, 1 is bound to activate the autopilot, ECM and toggle guard mode. Engines need to be started manually.
  7. Not if my XF-4 has something to say about it. Or the F-2 with 8 AMRAAMs.
  8. That might make his VTOL less maneuverable though, and slower due to higher weight.
  9. I guess I'm submitting a fighter. XF-4 CRAS, for Close Range Air Superiority Doesn't have too much missiles tho, might add some more. 1 is to toggle guard mode and activate autopilot. It might stand its own for now, I'll modify it if needed.
  10. Does HatBat usually announce which crafts he's taking?
  11. Well, I guess I'm redoing my company's bio. Aimbot Labs is a design bureau focused on ground-based vehicles, mostly airplanes. Aimbot Labs offers quality fighters, and projects are ongoing in cruise missile and ground vehicle designs. The company stands with GMI for the moment, but may change side, depending on which takes more casualties, all to maximize profit. Our line of products has already been introduced earlier in the thread, and more weapons are to come.
  12. As for the "Choose a side" rule, does it matter if our company is neutral and furnishing weapons to both sides to maximize profits like mine does? Or do we have to stand firmly in one side?
  13. On an unrelated topic, can we use Kerbin Dynamic's nuclear warheads? I'm planning to build a cruise missile armed with one.
  14. Well, the F-24 is based off the F-2, and the F-2 and XF-4 are both completely different aircraft. I'm uploading a link for an upgraded version, if you want to test it. The F-24 might get better chances of going in seeing its anti-ground capability, but who knows, maybe the'll be a battle for air superiority. XF-4 Close Range Air Superiority prototype, or XF-4 CRAS. Built on the F-4's frame, the XF-4 integrates advanced ECM countermeasures and a revised weaponry positioning. The twin elevator arrangement allows for more maneuverability than its predecessor. Link
  15. You might have faced the wrong plane. The F-24 is the "Strike Predator", the ground attack version, while the dedicated "Super Predator" fighter is the XF-4 with missiles is in an earlier post, with the download link here; https://www.mediafire.com/?cebcvg6zh77efkb The reason that the F-24 you fought had massive countermeasure pods was that it's supposed to be on ground attack role, and thus have better (E)CM to escape low-level AA.
  16. Do we have to bind a fire button to our submissions?
  17. I guess I'll leave this here then. https://www.mediafire.com/?b38tkfqr8gya9ij (Dry version) https://www.mediafire.com/?882ek4e7c1d2vyj (A version, 6xMarverick) https://www.mediafire.com/?882ek4e7c1d2vyj (B version, 4xCruise missile F-24A Strike Predator ground attack aircraft, based on the F-2BA. Maintaining the same maneuverability its fighter version, it's armed with a single GAU-8 cannon and six Marverick missiles, and comes equipped with ECM and targeting pod. The loadout can be changed to something heavier. I tried it with 4 cruise missiles, and it flew at a 233m/s cruise speed. The empty T/W ratio is 1.67. The downloadable versions are a dry one (no weapons), the 6xMarverick and 4xCruise missile ones. I didn't bind the fire missile buttons yet though. 1)Toggle engine mode (Default is wet) 2) Activate autopilot, toggle guard mode 3)Fire Chaff 4)Fire Flare
  18. Did anyone submit ships to the thread? Water, not spaceships that is.
  19. XF-4 Super Predator Mod.2, an ASF I made. It's completely stock except for the BDA armament. It's about 60-70 parts, depending on the loadout. 1)Toggle Guard mode, activate autopilot, activate engines, set engines to wet mode. 2)Toggle between wet and dry mode 3)Launch Chaff 4)Launch Flare https://www.mediafire.com/?cebcvg6zh77efkb Only got one pic of it; As for the backstory, the XF-4 is a lighter upgrade to the F-2 Predator, which is bigger and heavier. The F-2 is made for long-range missile engagements, while the XF-4 is mainly used for close-range dogfights. The two were originally built for the Top Gun AI challenge, hence only having gun armament, but I added six missiles on the F-4 (4xAIM-9 + 2xAIM-120) Its bigger brother, in its most recent version, the F-2BA Predator Obr.16M3, also armed with guns. I'll try getting a missile version of it flying asap, so the link still isn't here. Here's an album of it gunfighting a small fighter. Aimbot Labs Formed in a pub somewhere with a few drunken engineers. Aimbot labs is a design bureau mainly focused on jets, fighters and bombers alike. The heavy specialization in atmosphere aircraft has pushed development in such a direction that the company rarely gets out anything operating above the stratosphere. As for the allegiance, Aimbot Labs is purely a research and weaponry lab, not a political entity. It will furnish weapons to both side, without restrictions. Plans and research are strictly secret though.
  20. Hm, I might build a plane for this. Is Kerbal Joint Reinforcement permitted? I'm using it instead of struts
