  1. I don't know what it is, but when I EVA the repair button doesn't seem to do anything. I looked in the debug menu and get a lot of nullreferenceexceptions. also the text when a remote repair is not possible seems to be a placeholder. as of right now it seems that i can't actually repair anything bc of this. also my save is heavily modded but in my case right now these are stock parts
  2. yeah. since nothing changed, PAWS still doesn't work, at least the KSP CF is a workaround. not as good as PAWS would be (perfect would be a combination between both). just too bad
  3. not yet. I'm just trying it out. since my install is heavily modded it may take a while to start up to try it. or do you recommend NOT to?
  4. when I click on the buttons in the menu nothing changes. right-click menu just stays the same. some things are not even shown in the list of PAWS but that's likely an incompatibility between mods
  5. unfortunately it doesn't seem to work anymore. is there any alternative to this mod?

  7. I've been playing for many years and yet as of altely (partly to mods) some of my right click menus just get too big to be useful or at least easy to navigate. I don't mind scrolling but scrolling through a menu that takes up all the height of my monitor is just not easy to navigate. Soooo... It would be easier if it were possible to just adjust the displayed size of the menu (you know, like any window in windows or from almost every mod. the normal and sane thing). Now I might just be oblivious - but is there a way?
  8. hey, I wanted to start a plane yesterday and for some reason it didn't lift up. after some experimenting I realized that for some reason there was no lifting force. I tried some other parts and some modded canards and winglets still had some hadn't, from very different mods, so it could be ruled out that one mod is blocking the others. So I thought that the installation of one of the mods for some reason broke and I first tried to reinstall the mods (where other problems arose but nothing unusual while installing, like a mod which caused a stuck on load bug). So I deinstalled everything, including ksp, reinstalled it, threw some mods out I never used or were more a liability than help, and restarted my save. I realized that amost none of my vessels worked anymore duw to missing parts but since it's a fairly new save I got none in space so this is annoying but expected. But the main question was: is the lifting force-bug still there? And yes, yes it is. Since my modlist is still extremely long: Does anyone know a mod which could cause this problem? Modlist via ckan (only using this): all went fine with these and even more mods a few days ago. I'm only installing via ckan out of convenience. thx for the help

  12. Well, basically what the header says. And I can't find a reason why. I put a screenshot here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NVtf5X88pmAjBGQJSq5gMdbeN0wGUuan/view?usp=sharing as one can see on the screenshot the game is heavily modded and I'm using the magnetometer version of universal storage and haven't tried to vanilla one but I have more or less rebuild the whole plane so it's not in the save of the craft and it worked for a long time before it suddenly stopped working for no obvious reason. any idea?
  13. I know that there has been one, I don't know if it's still there or if there is one anyway and I'm just remembering wrong. I'm searching for a mod that just repeats a mission which I already did succesfully. Like refill missions or tourist missions. Is there one?

I don't know if it was already mentioned somewhere (the thread is just too long to read everything) but I wanted to restart playing after a while and mechjeb was always integral for my playing style. So I redownloaded many of the mods I used to love and as of right now everythings seems to work fine - as long as I don't use Mechjeb. Mechjeb gets me stuck in an infinite loading loop (figured it out by deleting all of the mods and reinstalling one after another and restarting the game until the problem occured again) . I read somewhere that the problem also existed for some time about half a year ago. Is there a solution? or is it a crossconnection between another mod which may cause this?

  19. @fabioita @Gargamel Where I do it doesn't matter. The "simulation" is the KRASH - Mod, which was just the fastest way to show it. I just uploaded the log-file from the recording where I actually did nothing else than just preparing the simulation and starting it and stopping ksp right afterwards (KSP2.log): https://www.dropbox.com/s/bfarh3slpk3febu/KSP2.log?dl=0 I know It's still too big to show a preview, but there you'll also see the loading.   20. @Gargamel thats actually unusual, never had this problem before with dropbox, but yeah, I'll do it in a few minutes. Also I just checked and saw that you're still able to see it by just opening it (the button under the error-message - dropbox downloads the file then) Also I recorded the problem and uploaded it to youtube: If I do it the other way around, then the smaller vessel just explodes as a hole, so I did it this way, for a watch what happens. In this case I used the stock Clam-o-Trons, but the effect is the same with every docking port After seeing the recording I just realised, that the docking may just acclerate the vessels too high. But still, it shouldn't happen this way

  22. Maybe it wasn't clear enough: the explosion happens on touch instead of a little bounce back as I know it. So there are still two vessels - or one or none, depending on what explodes, which is seemingly random And well - I just realized it's a little more than 30 mods...   23. Hey, I haven't played KSP for a while and waited since the release of 1.4 for the modders to catch up. So I'm playing a new career since last week and I'm now to the point to build my first station, but I can't, since EVERY clamp-o-tron (even the stock ones) explode when I'm trying to dock. the relative speed doesn't matter, the positon on my station (two docking ports right now) doesn't matter and so on. I actually have the feeling that the problem is even bigger and it doesn't matter at all what part is touching another part, as long as two ships touch each other (wouldn't call it a collison), but I'm not sure about this. It seems like it's totally random which of the two vessels explode, sometimes both do. I know there was a similar bug in one of the previous releases, but it all wirked for me just fine in the 1.2 and 1.3 releases. Is there a solution?`(maybe a problem with a stock cfg?) I'm using more than 30 mods. So if you need a list, I may try to collect a list of all of them. Thx in advance
  24. Hey, since I'm using a vast number of mods, I waited till now to update as many as possible before playing KSP again. So I cleaned the gamedata folder, checked the install via steam for possible faults of the install and then redownloaded all of the mods which are marked as compatible with 1.3. So now I'm having crashes on startup. A clean version works and I tried it after about installing half of it, so I know for a fact, that most of the NearFuture-Mods and Mechjeb are not at fault.
