I'm not sure if it's 1.4 that's causing it, but when I use MAF now, my plane rolls from side to side constantly and increasingly severe. I don't recall it ever being an issue before, and it certainly doesn't do it with regular control, and obviously I can't use SAS to prevent it, so I'm at a loss. Has anyone experienced this and can name a solution, or do I have to wait and hope that the BDAc team pick it up and release a 1.4 compatible version? -

Just downloaded this, and I have used it before, but now, none of the lights activate when I press 'L' for lights, when I right click I nothing happens and when I go into action groups there's nothing there. Is this a bug?- 799 replies

I had this problem too. Use the Launch Stability Enhancers or whatever they're called. They will auto decouple when you click to pick up, but your ship won't fall to bits if you put one on every hull segment or so -
This is officially crowned 'The most un-KSP related thing in KSP'

Those are the new hulls right? So is NAS still pretty much compatible with 1.1? Also just wanted mention that for some reason the cruiser platforms hover over the hull segments

Not sure if this has been mentioned before but when I load in on a new or previous save, I get a black screen with a white dot on, and the default KSC background audio plays as normal. Is this a bug? Looks really neat. Does the new mechanics actually raise it out of the water when you go faster? Either that's some serious dedication from Squad or they're technically lifting it through the air and it's 'flying' so to speak But then again I don't know much about the KSP physics engine -
I'll try that next time I play career then sounds like a good idea to stop my engine clusters from overheating

Outside of sandbox? It's pretty much the AWP of KSP. It has a high thrust but is expensive, heavy and late in the tech tree so not possible until later on -

As was requested due to my experience in spaceplane design (not flight, design...) I decided to take it upon myself to create the craziest plane I could. I thought for a bit about what could I do to make a crazy plane, and I got an eureka moment - a supersonic floatplane! I set to work designing, and my ingenuity created this marvelous creation - the X-1 Floating Going low over the ocean. This was like 40s after takeoff and we were already hitting Mach 2... What kind of beast did I create? Touchdown successful. That's a ribbon for you Jeb (Final Frontier best mod 2015) Can she take off again though? If not she'd make a nice and speedy ship That she can (or maybe just because of x4 timewarp). I'm glad that exists! Just to see what she could do I sped from where I took off from and then shut my engines off over the KSC. She landed on the land branch on the desert continent to the left of the Africa-like continent the KSC is on only a minute later. I've created a demon guys. It can probably go Mach 5 but I went to high and the engines shut down... I might leave a download link if anybody wants it, but I don't really think they would, except to destroy planets I like the part where it was only going to go Mach 2 at best but ended up being a hypersonic craft. That can land on water... P.S. I had my re-entry heat turned down to 60% on this save because I find it more fun to see how fast I can make a craft go, and I don't like it blowing up at 1400m/s

Here's some things that apply to me that would be cool if they could be (and probably can't be) implemented Close encounter with ground above x speed Survived a rocket abort Survived x days in orbit* Survived x days on another planet* Put an out of control rocket under control Entering 5, 10, 20 etc celestial bodies' sphere of influence *maybe for use with a life support? Not sure how good these would be but just a simple suggestion. Great mod either way -

Swap out the central Juno for a 0.625m LF+O engines, or maybe, just maybe, see if a monoprop engine would perform better (isn't monoprop lighter than LF+O but just weaker?) But I'm not that good, so...

Ok, I'm not Scott Manley, I can't do KSP Here's a short list of my sins Spaceplanes If my spaceplane doesn't have enough oxidiser to reach an orbital trajectory, I just turn infinite fuel on rather than relaunching I only build atmospheric planes I build cool looking spaceplanes with abnormal and barely functional designs instead of going simple I often burn my wings by clipping the engines into them I've never flown to the north pole, because I can't bear sitting infront of a PC making sure my plane flies ok but it's too boring Rockets I regularly use infinite fuel because I can't calculate staging very well I've never been to any other planet I've never been to Minmus I've never even landed on the moon and come back again with kerbals I'VE NEVER EVEN GOT INTO A HKO I can't dedicate myself to actually do some of these lengthy Jool orbital space station base atmosphere city fuel depot thingymajigs Landing I tried to land on the moon, but timewarped into it in the Map view Kerbals I've killed Jeb so many times with Missing crews respawn on so I keep killing him and killing him over and over again I've never landed a lander on Kerbin or the Mun without a part falling off my craft And now... Sin of the century. Prepare to facepalm I was going to launch a spaceplane full of kerbals and dock with my new space station and get some science going, but I forgot to fill the spaceplane up with crew, I forgot to fill it with fuel and I forgot to build the space station Yep...
