That's actually a Hoax and is on Kerbin. The Building is a Space Station in Mun Orbit...

Some Mun landing Conspiracists decided to prank the Space Program and change the payload. You built two space stations, one in Munar orbit and one in Minmus Orbit, but you have no idea what to do with them, meaning hundreds of thousands of funds were wasted building useless Space Stations (This has happened to me).

Your Space Shuttle loses control after detaching the ET and falls into the ocean, although luckily the front of it including the crew cabin (Which means the crew survived) survived the crash, but there is now Space Shuttle debris scattered from the KSC to halfway to the next continent. (Happened to me today.)

You could send the M7 separately, and have it rendevous with the Intrepid at Jool. Also, the Intrepid is looking awesome! Makes me think of Space Engineers, with the whole carrier setup and all.
