  1. I'll add mine in about an hour. Should somebody delete some of the old turns, so it doesn't clutter up the folder?
  2. CAPSULE SAVED BY QUICK THINKING MISSION CONTROL Reentry mayhem almost results in loss of life By Jon Kerman, Kerbal Chronicles Cape Kanaveral- Today the KSC witnessed an incredible act of stupidity courage, in the form of Gordon Kerman. The day started out with the routine, and slightly boring, launch of the faith seven Kercury capsule. As the rocket climbed into the upper atmosphere there was an obvious fog of foreboding blanketing the launchpad. Or perhaps it was just Wernher Von Kerman’s new rocket fuel. The ascent proved uneventful, as did the first eighteen orbits. A few experiments were conducted, and two bags of snacks were consumed. But on the nineteenth circuit around Kerbin, disaster struck. Shortly before reentry, the pod experienced rapid unplanned power failure. Mission control immediately began to explain the situation to Gordon, but he was too engrossed in his corned beef sandwich to notice. Mission control, in a desperate attempt to save the ship, finally managed to convince Kerman that he had to “connect the stars” to align the capsule properly for reentry. Thankfully, he had finished the sandwich by this time, and was perfectly willing to comply. Throughout descent, Gordon needed to be constantly reminded of his duty, as he frequently forgot the urgency of the situation, and began drawing faces on the window. Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, the parachutes were deployed, and the capsule dropped softly into the warm embrace of the ocean. Kerman, in his excitement, open the ship’s hatch, blissfully unaware of the water trickling into the pod. Within two minutes, the pod had disappeared beneath the blue waters of Kerbin. Luckily, Gordon had by this time left to go for a swim. At last correspondence, Mr. Kerman has been safely returned to the KSC, and is currently being debriefed.
  3. The relay works with kerbal victims volunteers, at least on Kerbin.
  4. I have an idea for a module...a-a mass relay! (cue maniacal laugh)
  5. You say realistic, but kerbals have always lived in hitchhiker containers. Anything else would just look silly to them.
  6. Well... this is challenge and mission ideas, so....
  7. https://kerbalx.com/crafts/20962/edit here is my submission.
  8. I sent a réfueler to eve, for one of my larger ships, and realized that the docking ports were not the same size. To top everything off, After I sent a docking port size adapter, I hit Z as I was trying to dock, and slammed into my ship at around 50 m/s. Needless to say, the ship could no longer be classified as such after the disaster, and became a cloud of Debris:)
  9. http://imgur.com/gallery/pFDQt I just wanted to land on the ground.
  10. Feeling better. I updated the leaderboard. To avoid confusion, distance is in Kilometers not meters. Thanks!! You people are way more creative than I am!
  11. Sorry, I was really sick. I will update the leader board soon.
  12. Kerbal submarine Simulator. With better water, weather, and underwater easter eggs. This could probably just be an add on. Oh.. and animals. I need Kows and Kats, As pets for the Kerbals.
  13. Minmus is part of hard mode. I will add that to the challenge. Ther already is scoring, it is explained in the first post. Thanks for trying my challenge!

  16. Omg Omg omg omg!!! I just looked in the tracking station, and I have an asteroid orbiting Kerbin! I didn't put it there because I don't know how to capture asteroids!! I will call my new moon Carlenna Station, in honor of the lost kerbalnaut. I will post a picture tomorrow. I have to go out to dinner.
  17. Haha! thats really cool. I just named a VSSTO Mother Goose!
  18. It might be nice if you try to do it first, or at least show your attempt. That way people can draw inspiration from your craft idea. You might want to read the challenge submission guide for more help!
