I've been doing some planning of a scratchbuilt KSP rocket, but haven't figured out all the details yet. I think I'll 3D print it and then sand it smooth, and to top it off use polystyrene to add details and accents.

You mean like multi-purpose ones? -
Well my fellow forumers and space-geeks, this is my goodbye. It may be for a month, it may be for longer. I might "occasionally" drop in and post something, or like a funny post, but from this day on I'm going to be about 95% offline. It's sad to say goodbye to a group of friends I've had fun with over the past two years, but do not be sad, I WILL return! After the new year, I will come on back to see how everything is going, and depending on the state of things here on planet Lo var, might stay. I really do like this forum and the great number of fun threads/people here, but of course, life takes over. I have to start planning for college, I need to work harder in my job, and I have other important things to take care of, mainly family issues. As I have said so many times before, KSP is the thing that has really brought me into the greatest group of online personas there is. The Forum is non-toxic, family friendly, and most of all, a BUNCH OF FUN! I can't WAIT to return, and hopefully, people like @adsii1970, @Just Jim, @The_Cat_In_Space, and @NSEP will still be here to say hello once again. Merry Christmas everyone. -Lo var Lachland

I am scared due to the name of this thread and the sequential posts. Help me.

You know how people in movies will be scanning the horizon with binoculars, pass over the target, and then shoot right back on it? Yeah, I just did that with this thread. I was scrolling down, minding my own business, when I saw the word "kevlar" and decided I had to read it. Once again, it's a bunch of Science nerds talking about space and the possibility of using a substance in a vacuum. I love this forum.

Hmm maybe I should make this?

Location: Fighting Sugou (From Sword Art Online) on top of the VAB with the help of the Kraken (On my side) I don't know who Sugou is and why would the Kraken be on top of the VAB? 10/10 I love it.

Welcome to the Forums! As Geonvast said, the in-game tutorials aren't the best, so check out the "tutorials" section of the forum in case you have any questions.

Final Frontier. Great mod with plenty of customization options. Doesn't take much (if any) processing power either. -
Xenon vented to space

Sounds like an Apollo 13 kinda thing. It actually sounds pretty cool, adding a new degree of difficulty to the game. Of course, I see how it could get annoying. -
A test of some new ideas, such as the wolf silhouette and the new tree shading technique on the hills. Wow, I'm tired.
