  5. I think it was decided that they'd be overcomplicated, all they do is moderate thrust and we have the thrust limiter for that, so in a way they are implemented, just in a different way
  6. If they damage it enough the part explodes, and can also overheat making it go bang sooner, also it blocks thrust from the engine in question

To me, if an intake is positioned so it's blocked by other intakes, other parts, inside other parts or on backwards then that is an airhogging intake, it's just there to give more intake air but wouldn't work in real life. Plenty of aircraft have big intakes to provide enough air for high altitude work so having several intakes per engine isn't a problem, as long as it looks right, having intakes all the way along your wings would normally prevent the wing from working so again would be air hogging (or wing hogging? and what about wings inside wings?) in my opinion

This would make the generated Kerbal rescue missions a pain for any planet or moon beyond the Kerbin/Mun/Minmus area, the plugin would have to know the difference between those Kerbals and your own, or be prepared for a huge rep hit. How about if Kerbals just slept when out of snacks? Like a probe becomes unresponsive if out of electric charge a Kerbal would become uncontrollable, and you could wake a Kerbal by bringing him snacks.

  15. Hmmm, have you tried the IJKL and HN keys yet? The vernor is not like the RCS thruster block, it thrusts directly out of the face of the part, and unless you stick them on facing sideways they aren't going to be pointing the right way for rotation control. Try fitting some regular RCS as well so you can see when they are firing with your control inputs, and don't forget to press R

  18. You need to hang out in Support more Pecan, we'd always be seeing threads asking why there was no flame and the rocket wouldn't launch, usually posted as bug reports. Part of the FAQ here and elsewhere for a long time was "Press shift to throttle up"
