It uses old patches for the greenhouses, but I think they will still work. Unfortunately the living spaces don't appear to have patches for the habitation parts of USI-LS. So, it will work, but it won't work to extend the available hab time for your Kerbals other than simply the seats in each part.

The release should include this patch, and others for stock and several other mods fuel cells.
I am also attempting to release stack mounted fuel cells (not the mods name) also this weekend.
The last major issue is with BackgroundProcessing, and that is something that is being looked into, and is probably going to take an update to BackgroundProcessing itself.

IFS is somewhat incompatible with Global Construction, specifically the tanks. The tanks throw a (Cannot find FX group of name for decoupler) when a vessel that contains them is selected, which upon starting kit construction causes the game to have NAN error forces a restart to clear the system.
I am not too clear which mod is causing the error or if it is both of them. The output log points to Global construction, however in-game testing points to IFS.
