  3. My mom left it on There is a big difference between the two actually.
  4. No, its a show called 'Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden'. Its a Dutch show with an adult target audience. Its not bad, i think its overrated however.
  5. The kids in the show im watching right now are such bad actors, they show absolutely no emotion, im pretty sure that these kids would just walk away with a blank face when a nuclear bomb detonates. But here is the thing, im not facepalming because the kids are bad actors, but because i made this stupid complaint in the first place.
  6. Its already 8PM and im starting to get tired. You know what this means? My daily cycle is back on track, the way it's supposed to be.
  7. I have more than @Dman979 and over half that of @Vanamonde. I shall never surrender!

Big classical, just for the awesome single of Stevie Nicks!

  10. It was pretty darn hot in the Netherlands, last week it was like 28C for 3 days. The weather channel keeps sayigng its going to turn back to Autunm weather but thats not happending.
  11. There is one thing not clear here: Are the engines running fast enough so the plane could move faster than the threadmill or not? Are the engines running at all? This is a trick question, there is an important thing missing here.
  12. Are the engines running? If so, then it could take of like a normal airplane (although the wheels are going to explode anyways, but hey, it is a hypothetical plane, right?) If the engines aren't running it won't do anything at all.
  13. No, because it needs air to push on the wings in order to generate lift. The plane is essentially standing still while on a treadmill. Wheels have nothing to do with how a plane takes off other than decrease friction on the runway.
  14. Aerobraking at Gas Gaints, launching on magnetic force space cannons, things like that. Its for a Sci-Fi!
  15. I actually agree. Our school uses Ipads and Laptops as learning devices, but they are very distracting in class, wich i think is the main problem with using these devices in school. The easy fix is for the teacher to stand in the back of the classroom, so he/she can check if anyone is playing video-games. The KSP forums just so happends to look bland and boring, like any other educational website, so it probably only works with videogames. However, then there are the peeps that use VPN to get around the rules, or people who do other things on educational sites, like Wikipedia, and still get entertained. Its nearly impossible to stop distraction on these devices, unless you ban the whole thing. "Replacing books with Ipads" isn't as easy as it sounds, and definitely doesn't work with the 'modern' school system. I learned it the hard way.
  16. 1: What are you listening to? 2: Spotify 1: *Facepalm*
  17. Our school watches everything we are doing using something they call "a special program" I wonder why they would ban the KSP forums. Its not like its content of it is mature or damaging to students in some way. I know that the goal of some school IT is to ban every single website in existence, expect for the educational ones the school uses, so that might be the case. Also, please tell me they banned Fortnite.
  18. Because i like watching videos about space, the ISS, and the Apollo project, i get often conspiracy videos claiming the Earth is Flat and the Moon landing is a hoax in my YouTube 'recommended' feed, because they have simulair titles.
  19. They have already tested the thing 5 years ago. Guys, please keep in mind that Copenhagen Suborbitals isn't some very young space programme like LinkSpace or Vector Launch Inc. They aren't new to the things they are trying to do. They are going to test some of the systems used for their manned missions (hopefully) this summer (with Nexo II).
