  1. I know, but something similar would be awesome. (you would not need to make it as small, just something similar.) you could use ant engines and those "donut" tanks.
  2. That's adorable! If you could make something like that with monoprop or lf/o I would be very thankful. Maybe you could give them their own spot on the OP.
  3. maybe something smaller, or at least sleeker, it's cute though! What is it powered by? I guess the juno would provide some power, but not enough to power all the lights and the probe core, right? it looks kind of like Todo 360 from star wars clone wars. AWESOME!!! If you made a smaller unmanned version, that would be like the probe I was thinking about.
  4. soon everyone working on ksp will leave if this keeps up
  5. NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! [Insert darth vader voice here]
  6. Make a lf/o version for duna, dres, ect, a monoprop version for moons, and one with a juno for laythe. E: make an ion version too maybe?
  7. In all seriousness, what was that thing on Wal? Was it a mod part, also it reminds me of the movie "Sphere" in the film they find a giant gold ball that looks like that, and it gives them superpowers.
  8. This. is. AWESOME! I have an idea! Make a low pressure environment, and then try to grow plants in it. this test would be a good analogue to mars, or terraformed mars. in my country (canada) you can get CO2 really easily.
  9. if you can make a mesh and model from it, then, yes probably! That's a challenge, mod makers!
  10. Pyrolitic carbon is a superconductor at room temperature.
  11. That is massive! If I tried to run that, my computer would die!
  12. This is ridiculously awesome!
  13. The star destroyer would probably mostly burn up before it impacted the planet, but there would still be considerable damage; IE the destruction of a massive city.
  14. Woah this stuff is crazy! but why wouldn't they just tether the satellite to the station?
  15. It could be powered by a nuclear breeder reactor, and would have a powerful magnetic field, the reactor would last a long time, and the magnet would collect magnetic space dust and surround itself with a sort of recycled shell. I know it may sound far fetched, but a living probe sounds far fetched too.
  16. The moon would be exposed to the deadly ionization belts around the gas giant, the ion flux tube as its called would constantly beam charged particles at the planet. The planet would also have a very long night, if it was tidally locked, then its days would last as long as its months.
  17. cool! I bet this could come in handy on recoverable launchers.
