  1. So I decided to start exploring more bodies in my missions, and I chose to explore Rix, the icy planet in the Kerolon System. I built a small lander, basically to see how well I could land. I thought Rix would be an easy landing; it looks flat from map view. Boy was I wrong. I landed on the side of one of Rix's dimples and tumbled uncontrollably for a few minutes. Fortunately, everything managed to survive the landing. Here's me realizing I may be screwed: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B31rMiQFZ3kDVTZ6d1ZXajNRbTA/view?usp=sharing So here's my advice. Make sure you really know a planet before attempting a landing. It's what I really love about this mod! This concludes part 1 of my mission logs
  2. These look so realistic! I can see people not knowing about the mod believing these may be real places!
  3. Just in time for my spring break! I know what I'm doing for the next week!
  4. Oh ok. Can't wait for it. Using non-FTL drives make exploring KSS even more of a challenge, but it makes it much more worth it.
  5. The lore? The bulk of the lore hasn't even been implemented! We've just started working on a full story to develop it. But if you like it now, you'll love it when it's fully implemented. Where did he say that? I must've missed it.
  6. It must have been zoomed in a bit or something. I could've sworn it was on Iain.
  7. Judging by the size of Kernim and the color of the atmosphere, it appears to be Iain.
  8. Anyone else noticed Kelnis looks like it has a face? Ah, the joy of sunspots!
  9. Hey, whatever floats your boat. So long as the travel takes less than 15 minutes in timewarp it's good enough for me
  10. We've already got plans for the science payouts for the mission. Interstellar missions are going to have a much bigger payout. I highly recommend going after more Kerbin-like planets for maximum science potential. Also, if you want a fast mission, use the Alcubierre warp drive. It narrows the travel time from a few centuries to a few minutes. It would also remove the century-long mission that would result in your recovery bonus.
  11. Guess what time it is? That's right! It's time for one of my famous, occasionally-scheduled data dumps of screenshots! Here they are!
  12. The Creator blowing things up is one of my favorite bugs. I planned an entire mission to get to The All, and it took about an hour to prepare for it. After 10 minutes of time-warping to get to an encounter with The Creator, my Creator probe exploded upon encountering it. I spent a good 5 minutes raging and dying of laughter over that.
  13. This looks amazing! Do you have plans to add a tail for the now-comet Minmus?
