  1. Sure. I’ll give ypu credit for that. I’ll also award 50 point bts for returning to kerbin
  2. Shall do, Lord Steve! @sevenperforceCould you calculate your score please?
  3. Ha! Nice attempt! I’ll put ya on the leaderboard, as well as your quote. Actually first could someone edit the scoring system? I realize that it’s made for the alt-f12 challenge. It doesn’t take into accpunt the fact that you actually have to go places.
  4. No. If you can make a gif of your separation method then that would be good, but it’s not required. Also, how about no to the hot knife?
  5. Should I be concerned that every other piece in my own challenge is from me?
  6. Wait but the point in enabling decouplers for the hinges is so that you can actually lock the hinge in place. Plus it would be cool if someone made an arm to remove parts.
  7. Should I allow decouplers only if they are used for things like stock hinges and such?
  8. True... Excuse my stupidity. I’m quite tired rn.
  9. Yes. I’m trying to bring the joy of RUD (rapid unplanned disassembly) to the more domestic rocket scientist. @sevenperforce could I just use the scoring system from your challenge? Minus the bonus stuff. I’ll come up with that on my own when I have more time.
  10. Also, I can’t wait until the updated version of the alt-f12 drive is released. The alt-f4 drive!
  11. Darn. Wait so if I break a part landing then I lose?
  12. It was a bright day at the KSC, and a new rocket was about to be built. However, there were no decouplers. Someone has used then as fireworks after drinking too much munshine. (I’m looking at you jeb.) now you need to devise a suitable alternative to decouplers and see how far that can take you! Points are awarded based on which bodies you orbit or land on. Please don’t just use an ssto. And no docking ports because I was stupid and almost forgot to add this. Also no pylons. Scores: Format is Body - Points for Kerballed Orbit/Points for Kerballed landing/Points for successful Kerballed Ascent into orbit/Points for returning the landed Kerbal to Kerbin. SCORING: Credit to ultimate Steve Score is for Landings where applicable. Moho - 200 Eve - 740 Gilly - 90 Mun - 50 Minmus - 50 Duna - 150 Dres - 120 Ike - 80 Laythe - 250 Vall - 130 Tylo - 380 Bop - 120 Pol - 120 Eeloo - 190 Jool - 50 Kerbol - 10 Kerbin - 5 NEW: Asteroids (Rendezvous/surface sample/return Kerbal to Kerbin) Asteroid - 90 Dresteroid - 90 Repeat Landings are okay as long as they are non-sequential. Bonuses: Home Run - Return to kerbin - 50 Grand Tour - Complete a Grand Tour - 100 LEADERBOARD: 1: @sevenperforce - Decouple not, and ye shalt not be decoupled! - 160 pts, Non-sequential double Mun landing, Minmus 2: 3: 4: 5:
  13. Ohhhh..... Well who says it has to be single staged? If I make a eve take-off vehicle with an over complicated landing module then I could probably do it. Oh and even if the rules say I can’t have multiple stages I can just bend them to my will and explode off unwanted parts.
  14. When you say you doubt anyone can land on eve, you have never met me. I’ll land alright. Maybe not in one piece, but all parts of the ship will touch down.
  15. *shudder* Ugh. It’s a nice design but the mk3 parts look just plain wrong without wings.
  16. Yeah. Use imgur. Google drive doesn’t work well with forums.
  17. Sorry for double post, but I just noticed: do you give a flipping tutorial on how to orbit as one of the guidelines? How does that even make sense? If you don’t know how to orbit than you are sure as heck not going to be able to land on the moon.
  18. That’s not what a hovercraft is. You mean a low altitude helicopter.
  19. When you say hovercraft do you perchance mean helicopter?
