@Wyzard, I skipped a few of your steps since I already use all of Nertea's other mods plus several from USI so I already had all of the updated dependencies; that being said, adding the Mk IV folder to my Gamedata folder and then getting rid of the Plugins folder in the Mk IV folder did the trick. So it should work as written. -
Continued expansion and modification of my ground base on Minmus.

I've been building a base on Minmus using USI-MKS and a few parts from Stockalike Station Parts Expansion.

I love the Maliwan logo on the side of the plane. Borderlands meets KSP, what could be better?

The stock heat management system kinda sucks, especially during time warp. I've had vessels explode after time warping because of it. -
The Honor Harrington series by David Weber is good if you like military sci-fi, also Empire from the Ashes by the same author. The Empire of Man series by John Ringo and David Weber, and the Troy Rising series by John Ringo are also among my favorites.

They do, it looks like RoverDude just took the textures from the Clamp-O-Tron Sr and the Advanced SAS module and made a sandwich with them and then made it bigger.

Not docking connectors. Those are part of the 5m SAS module from USI Freight Transportation Technology.

Minmus Station is almost complete. Three more launches, two lab modules and some end caps for the greenhouses is all that is left. The crew is on board, the two ships docked are a crew transfer vessel (in the background on the left) and my remote construction tug (in the foreground on the right). -

I just have to say thanks Nertea for all of your awesome mods. I've been doing a lot of space station building lately and your mods not only make the station look great but they make the sections really easy to launch. I'm especially thankful for the large radial decoupler that comes with NF Launch Vehicles because I don't need seperatrons on my SRBs anymore. -
The dome ones? Those are observation cupolas from @RoverDude's USI-LS. Used to boost habitation time on the station.

I'm seeing the rather obvious 90% of memory in use. You are running out of RAM, time to trim your mod list or upgrade your RAM whichever is easier. -
I'm not sure exactly what is causing your crash however I do notice that you have two versions of ModuleManager, you should only keep the newest one 2.8.1. Other than that make sure all of your mods are up to date. Now a couple of questions for you, are you running the 64 bit version of KSP and how much RAM does your system have? I only ask because your mod list is moderately large and if you don't have enough RAM and don't run 64 bit KSP you are going to experience crashes even if all your mods are up to date.

I don't think that will ever happen, but it would be awesome if it did. Seriously, why is it that Nertea's parts look so much better than the stock parts? It boggles the mind. -

It wouldn't be my only part with no IVA and I know you're not particularly fond of IVA work so yeah, I'd be fine with that. -

Between your various mods you have my station building needs pretty much met; that being said I would like to see a 3.75 meter science lab, doesn't have to do anything more than the stock one does, just bigger with additional crew space. -
My KSP is crashing on startup

According to the error log you are running the 32 bit version of KSP and running out of memory. Try running the 64 bit version of KSP and see if that helps. -

You need B9PartSwitch for the mod to work, however you need the version that is compatible with 1.2.2. There should be one bundled in the Near Future Propulsion file you downloaded from Spacedock. Delete the one that is in your Gamedata folder and replace it with the one from the Near Future Propulsion. -

Known issue, it happens with ones that are not resized as well so it isn't a TweakScale problem. -
Going to need more information. Please read this and provide the information it suggests.
