Not exactly. Because I have had many crafts that have the CoL and the CoM in the same place but flip every time. It depends on where the CoM is compared to the rest of the aircraft. If the CoM is at the front it is nose heavy. If the CoM is at the back it is unstable.

Could you give us a screenshot so we can (hopefully) solve this issue.

Well first of all thank you @TopHeavy11 As KSP doesn't have clouds that have convection currents (shame), it can't really function as a true glider. Think of it as a semi-glider that only turns on the engine to stop stalling. Somehow, It is capable of supersonic flight. (OP) Thanks
