R7 core from RN's soviet rockets does NOT want to attach to any parts from this and it is incredibly frustrating. the R7 launch stand does not want to attach at all. any ideas?

how do you put in the .rar for texture switching? does it go somewhere in the shuttle folder itself?

one question: how the hell do i even get to this mod's interface ingame so i can join a server, there's no icon for it on the side -
thanks for clarifying. clouds finally work now. im using KS3P and the KSPRC textures with it, so it looks absolutely beautiful. annnnd i have another problem. IVA isn't working. the mini IVA views are just black and when i hit C i get a view inside the capsule that's all glitched out with no interior. probably something to do with texturereplacer.

i moved the EVE folder inside the AVP folder in the AVPtextures folder to the EVE folder in the AVP folder in my gamedata. still doesn't work, assuming i did it wrong

So, there's some mods I wanna get, but I'm on linux ubuntu, and I have NO idea how to get to my steam or KSP folder on Ubuntu to drop mods into my GameData folder. Any advice from fellow KSP Linux users?
