According to the wiki, it is a size C asteroid that can be loaded in. It’s a cube in the VAB, as PotatoRoid is too big to fit without zooming out of bounds (tho you can get a glimpse from the corners. It’s not really possible to attach anything to it as PotatoRoid doesn’t like things under its skin. I’ve never tried using an Advance- who am I kidding, the Klaw to attach it to something or drill it tho. Probably works, it looks and behaves like an asteroid. How do I know this? Boredom and digging in part files bc KSP part code is so easy to understand. when I get a new computer, I shall definitely try this. RSS2 + another Realism Overhaul will definitely come, as well as another CKAN; MechJeb, Kerbal Engineer Redux Redux (haha funnnyyy), as these 4 mods (and 1 program) are very popular with many, many downloads. Don’t worry, it will come, for hardcore players who want to take on a challenge. Guaranteed mod remakes: MechJeb3 KSP Interstellar KERR RSS2 Realism Overhaul 2 KSRSS? Maybe? hmmmmm never thought abt that ??? Plenty of people do this already. It will be simple to just not use life support. Plenty of people manage surface bases, and it’s fine. Mods can already access almost every part of the game. Textures, KSC, planets, parts, resources, game mechanics, the way things are done (assembly and contracts)... just make or download a mod. why would anyone want to do that.
