  1. Thank you! A planned installment, FinalFrontiers, will cover the kuiper belt objects, including a Plock system expansion and remaster, and another will include planet 9 and a fictional moon system based in part upon Luna's old Planet 6 challenge. That isn't likely to be that soon, though – we hope to make the current ones mostly feature-complete before starting any more entirely new ones. The objects of Janet's Minor Planets were included in more recent updates of OPX-InnerWorlds and JoolPlus, so having them both installed will cause issues. Plus I note you didn't mention Kopernicus and its dependencies, so make sure you have that as well.
  2. OPX-SarnusPlus v0.3.2 has been released, with a brand new remastered Hale as well as localization courtesy of a well-timed @BurgerKerman pull request. In addition, OPX-JoolPlus has a new update as well, v0.5.4, with more BurgerKerman localization, sigmaBinary compatibility, and scatterer things. I am also working on two new objects for a surprise new mod! EDIT: A new update of OPX-Stock System Modifications has also been released with new optional atmosphere settings.
  3. Assuming you are referring to craft within the Mun's sphere of influence, they would move with the Mun as their positions in the game are defined in relation to it. Make a backup, though.
  4. Thank you! You'd have to direct any Doppler/Dyva questions to @Interplanet Janet, as she created those objects.
  5. If I knew how to fix that I'd be famous across the game's community. I don't think even Stock knows how to avoid it, happens to me on Gilly sometimes. Nice work with the Doppler mission, though! There are a couple more mods in the works that add more such minor bodies if you're interested, for various comets and the Kuiper Belt.
  6. JoolPlus' only non-toggleable changes (outside the planet's texture) are moving the moons outwards so they aren't torn apart by where they are now. The new sizes can be turned off if you so desire. NeidonPlus changes nothing whatsoever about the layout except the planet's mass, so it isn't made of styrofoam. UrlumPlus comes with more stable and distant orbits alongside a higher mass, but the order is unchanged and all orbits are moved by roughly the same ratio. The Wal remaster is toggleable also. SarnusPlus changes the most, so I might put some work into creating a toggle for that one. But other than that there's very little that isn't toggleable and actually substantially changes the game. Does that answer your question? I could probably implement this as another settings toggle. I'm not sure why I included one for all the OPX moon revamps except this one. Failing that, the Astrogator or alexmoon's Transfer Window Planner mod would be helpful for such. EDIT to avoid doubleposting: I am currently working on some updates to Sarnus and UrlumPlus, including a remastered Hale with more interesting terrain, a working Ovok toggle, and a mysterious new object near Urlum.
  7. Good to know. For now, the list you gave is it, although I have a half-finished Hale remaster in the works and I'm toying with how to do Eeloo. I do not know how to do Parallax configs, and the last time we tried the entire mod broke. Some sort of skeleton example of such a process would be helpful for me to reverse-engineer from. Your offer to write Parallax configs would be very helpful, if you have the time. Thank you! Failing that, I'll probably buckle down and reverse-engineer how to write them from the stock ones the mod comes with at some point when my time is more consistently available. I don't believe that the object's scaledspace radius has an effect on Parallax, but even if it did, JoolPlus has always came with a setting to turn the revised radii off and on ever since I figured out how settings work. Thank you for playing! I'm glad that it's living up to expectations.
  8. New InnerWorlds update dropping whenever spacedock gets off its couch and finishes doing its job! v0.3.2 finishes redoing Graybar (I streamlined the config and redid the biome map). EDIT: if you really want it NOW, it's on github. Spacedock will probably be another half hour at the rate its going.
  9. and that my friend is another reason why I'm redoing the damn thing. WHY IS SPACEDOCK TAKING SO LONG
  10. For the True/False, that's good to know, I'll include that in future updates. Not urgent enough to warrant its own fix, but something I'll keep in mind. What radius settings? I don't recall writing any patches to that effect. Sure thing. The alignment is not intentional, I'll add some meanAnomaly fudging when I release the Hale remaster. Near Kerbin Objects joined InnerWorlds when JoshTheKerbal was part of the OPX dev team, a position he mentions in the Far Frontiers thread. He also created Kortens' system for InnerWorlds, but has since left. ReSarnus is annoyingly unreleased, it's been in limbo for a good bit. I think there's a setting that I learned about after making those objects but before making Rator, thanks for the reminder. However, Hargaladh is supposed to be inscrutable so that won't be changing. The Hargalath thing is unavoidable for the smallest bodies in my experience, Janet and later I have been trying to fix that since before OPX existed. I'm gonna defer to @Interplanet Janet on the Dyva question. I'm pretty sure those textures predate the existence of paid spaceEngine in any form, making licensing a bit of a non-issue. However, I will say that Graybar deserves some more effort in any case, seeing as I must confess its early release was almost entirely an excuse to call it 0.3 instead of 0.2.6. In hindsight it doesn't look that great. Color scheme is brill but that's not enough for me now. EDIT: Thinking about giving it some ridges and large craters to distinguish it beyond its color, thoughts on that?
  11. New InnerWorlds update has released! version 0.3.0 incorporates fixes to the PQSMaterial of Quazen and Krov, as well as the new object 705 Graybar, an analog for the fifth largest asteroid Interamnia.
  12. Good to know! Of course, the NeidonPlus revamps completely remove and replace the original objects, so such patch shenanigans are unnecessary as I just made sure that it removes the old Thatmo and Nissee before the rest of neidonplus loads in. I'll include this in the next update.
  13. Making them lagrangian companions would be an acceptable alternative for the same purpose, would it not?
  14. Seeing as the Kerbol System is already not 1:1 with the real solar system I figured I'd make an artistic choice there. Since I'd already established the new sizes for the difficulty gradient I figured I'd go all in on it. Jool is Saturn now, so sayeth the lord. Urlum being a cueball makes a lot more sense than Thatmo being a cueball, let's be honest. You can feel free to chuck that, its a byproduct of compressing a folder on a mac I think. Thanks for making me aware of that, I'll see if I can include that in the next update. Good to know. That's something we check before adding mods. At this point you might as well just cheat them back into a higher orbit.
  15. Are you referring to the texture changes or Sarnus' resizing? I could add a toggle for the texture changes in the next update to those packs, but I felt that the original OPM textures from a decade and a half ago simply weren't up to par anymore. As for the minor outer moons in the Jool System, good thing there's a toggle for that in the settings already. You can turn them off! We cut the Iapetus analog since that position has really always been filled by Wal. Also since when do kerbalized names just change one letter?
  16. I cannot afford volumetric clouds and blackrack is unlikely to ever end his """"testing period"""" and actually release the thing, but I'm not sure why anything OPX adds would make the existing configs not work.
  17. I just checked the files, and Wal definitely orbits the right way unless the entire file got broken by a cosmic ray burst sometime between the last successful update and now. 181º inclination.
  18. If it does, then sure, I'll get around to it. But I seriously doubt that it will, to be honest. All of the moons except Lyxis orbit clockwise, in fact. Do everything backwards and have fun!
  19. Apologies for doubleposting, but NeidonPlus finally got its Gryspar biome map, and the JoolPlus filepath issue has been fixed. v0.7.2 and 0.5.3 of NeidonPlus and JoolPlus respectively are now available.
  20. 1. Tylo is over fifty times more massive than its counterpart, as is Laythe. Vall is less egregious, but all three of them are preposterously oversized for any realistic star system, which is why they always destabilize immediately in Principia. Making Jool larger to match would make it one of the larger known brown dwarfs. 2. Yep. MMB.cfg in SarnusPlus does so. If you want to change that, edit that file. 3. There is not. Whoever's doing that has my infinite gratitude, as I do not know how to do so. You can turn off the pseudobodies if you so desire. If you want the error to be fixed, you'll have to tell me what it is. Its orbit is nearly identical to minmus, so I would assume that it requires the same deltaV as minmus, if not a little bit less due to its higher gravity. The size and mass remain unchanged. That is odd, I'll have to fix that for the next release ASAP. In the meantime, you could probably edit that line to say JoolPlus instead of UrlumPlus, the file is the same. I finished one of my AP classes last week, so I may have time to return to full time development in the near future. I changed its name to StockRevamp and privated it for development when I thought I'd have time to actually finish StockRevamp and have it supersede SSM. The Spacedock has all the same content as the releases on the github. We added stuff to Jool. It's better now. Thank you very much!
  21. Recently an issue was found in Minor Planets Expansion – remove the parallax folder until Exo fixes it. Thanks so much! Unfortunately that's pretty far outside the scope of this mod. However there are a couple asteroids nearby provided by InnerWorlds, so there's that?
