  1. Granted. But the cake is sentient, and within a year we all have to obey our cake overlords. I wish for a cat
  2. The feeling you get when you breach 70 kilometers and the music starts playing....its really magical. I hope that something like this is incorporated into ksp2.....alongside ambient music for each planet/moon. And do you guys think that ksp2 will have a theme like ksp’s? I hope so. I dunno. I’m tired. I think it’s safe to say that with the level of quality they team is putting into the game, that they’ll be a pretty nice score for the game. It’s just like ksp2 in general....we’ll have to wait to find out, but it’s bound to be worth it! Cheers -Lewie
  3. The folks down at the ksc wanted to study the effects of microgravity on mystery goo for extended periods of time....so they came up with Zastava 1! It will serve as a refueling outpost when the scientific research reaches the end of it's life. The core module on the launch pad *Mission Control* Guidance is internal, launch sequence start... 10...9...8...7...6... main engine start... 5...4... *intern slips, hits launch button* *Gene* WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? *Intern* I launched the rocket, sir.... *Gene* Good! *Intern* *Bewilderment intensifies* *Mission Control* Booster burnout, separation has occurred. Flight is nominal. *Mission Control* Main Stage burnout, fairing deployed! Prepare for second stage ignition and separation. *Mission control* Orbital insertion looks good! Good job team, let's go for upper stage recovery. Engine re-ignition in 5...4...3...2...1 A few minutes later.... *Gene* Flight, how are things looking up there? *Mission Control* Things are getting a bit toasty, Gene....We lost most of our telemetry during re-entry....we'll have to wait for blackout to end. *Gene* Roger Whoops.... Welp, time for the solar array! and refueling arm Welp, that's it for tonight. (sorry I couldn't right a more detailed report, it's just that I felt there wasn't enough screenshots to do a good job.) Cheers! -Lewie
  4. Please elaborate! This is quite confusing....how???!?! How does this work? If you coast down, aren’t you using a minimal/almost no amount of fuel??
  5. Nice job!! SSTO's are really some of the toughest crafts to build/fly in ksp! Also, welcome to the forums!

    Social Media fasts

The only social I have is Snapchat, and that’s really for the ROTC group chat. Only thing I use it for, really. Never posted on ‘my story’ or whatever it’s called.
  7. Or maybe the ksc from ksp will be like the early ksc, moved far, far away. maybe it could be abandoned like the island runway. We’ll just have to wait and see! cheers! -Lewie
  8. That's a whole lot of ice cream! Also, another update is coming tonight, so stay tuned everyone! Edit: Sorry everyone! My internet went bad....the router is done for! (I’m making this post from my phone) Do I should have the post up by tomorrow night. Cheers! -Lewie
  9. Yep! @Commodore_32? Sorry for taking awhile....this week is semester testing!
  10. Luck them! Mine are lucky to get fed, the little punks get freeze dried potatoes....mmm...defiantly going to have to talk to rnd about that! Ice cream does seem like a good food for kerbals...
  11. Or bad moon cheese! Poor guys has a rather weak stomach, heh.
  12. Hey guys! Sorry for the lack in updates....but here you go!
  13. Depends on where I am in any said play through.....my standard lifter for medium payloads is a 2.5 upper stage with a poodle, and the big orange tank as the booster. (6/8 tweakscaled reliants for engines) that or a Vostok recreation. For larger payloads....usually a Saturn V heavy. (Saturn V with extra mastadons, and slightly tweakscaled Saturn V tanks on the sides) I need to post a picture sometime.
  14. Nope. Let's get it to work this time! @Spaceman.Spiff?
  15. Thanks! Good to know that
