  3. So, I downloaded a mod (I assume though that this doesn't change anything about the rescaling process) and was trying to rescale something. I wanted it to be bigger to be able to hold all the cargo I needed it to. I went into the config file for the part and saw the handy parameter; RescaleFactor. I quickly set it to 2 and went to load up my game again. Once in it though, I found all my nodes had disappeared!! I figured out that it was because the nodes didn't scale with the rescale factor. I then tried to open the part model and edit the node positions, and quickly found out I couldn't do it/understand a single thing about part modeling. Then I remembered that the internet existed. I googled my problem and found this thread: I think that the answer I am looking for is somewhere in this thread, but I am just to stupid to understand it. If anybody could tell me what values I have to change and by what amount to put the nodes back where they belong it would be much appreciated. (Using Tundra Exploration and trying to scale the Starship Cargo Bay to 1.5 so I can fit more inside it.) P.S. I am also rescaling the whole craft so that it fits and matches up with the Cargo Bay part.
  4. I tried to install this with my RO install, but I doesn't seem to work. I went to CKAN and downloaded the mod, booted up the game and can't find any of the parts that are supposed to be there. I copied the RO files into the corresponding categories in the "Gamedata-Tundra Exploration" folder (Eg; versioning files into the versioning files folder). None of the dependencies that were installed with CKAN show up either. I probably made a stupid mistake, so feel free to tell me what it was. P.S. (Actually, please do tell me what I did wrong so I can try to fix it) P.P.S. The fact that my name is Tundra is a complete coincidence.
  5. All you have to do is basically just pull back on retrograde until you get a Kerbin encounter and tweak it to get a Jool encounter. I was just having trouble with a Tylo assist because I was encountering it at the wrong point in its orbit, but now I see where I was going wrong.
  6. I am getting a encounter with Eve from LKO, which is about 1000 m/s then fine tuning it so that it will get me another gravity assist with Kerbin which puts me on a Jool intercept course. I recently tryed something new though. I just waited for a Jool transfer window, then burned in the direction for a Jool encounter until I got an Apoapsis that was more then 1 year away. I found that 1 Year and 24 days sets you up for a good encounter. You then burn Retro until you get a Kerbin encounter and tweak it until you encounter Jool. This got my Space Plane to Jool with about 1000 m/s. Thanks for the help by the way. I was very thorough and helped me save a lot of Delta-V!
  7. I am trying to do a Laythe mission using only about 1000 MPS of Delta-v and gravity assists to get to laythe from LKO, but I just can seem to get a good gravity assist with Tylo. I think that I am missing something, but I don't know what it is. Does anyone have any tips?
  8. As far as I know it only goes up to E. I am playing "11.2" with no mods. Is this just like a super rare thing, or did I just find something new? Ohh, It is a comet. Never mind
  9. A new gas giant is at the top of my list. It would be nice to get some new locations instead of some new tools or parts. At this point, most of the locations have become boring. I just don't care about visiting eve when I have been there a hundred times.
  10. That is probably the problem. Glad to know I haven't messed up one of the difficulty settings.
  11. My pilot, Jeb, can use all of the directions in SAS, even though he is level 1 and has just started out.
