- according to all known laws of aviation; there is no way a bee should be able to fly. its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. the bee; of course; flies anyway because bees dont care what humans think is impossible

Maybe a Bull like Idiot. Who is the mysterious Kerbal? -
Banned for your option of choice.

There is a modless way to do it. You put a small part like a thermometer just in front of where they sit. Click Aim camera on it and then swing your view behind the Kerbal and zoom in. If you get your position right you can actually go inside their heads and see the eyeballs from the inside.

Yes, if this counts. TUBM tends to build mods more than playing.

Hello @Maria Sirona will be sad that she missed @Souptime finally making an appearance. Still no @Melontime yet.

Hello @Kerbal Productions Yes many real life errands and in the computer I am building a functional X-wing. It is going well with toggleable S foils, glowing engine, retractable landing gear, sound effects for engine and S foils, and my R2D2 clone can get in and out in the expected spot with a little lift like a piston.

Multiple animations in 1 model. Not strictly about the .mu plugin but relevant if you use it to make animated parts. I am currently building an X-wing and the engines and S foils are a combined part separate from the body. It technically contains 2 animations that run off 2 different types of animation module. One is a colour animation so that the engines glow brighter with the throttle and the other controls the S foils opening and closing. Now without having the "Layer =" paramater in the modules, the S foils would snap shut and snap open and wouldn't work to plan. Turns out the colour animation was interfering with their operation. Once you add in the Layer equals paramater and assign different numbers to each, it goes back to working correctly. It doesn't seem to matter if the number actually relates to a layer in blender, only that the animations in the config have different layer numbers. Here is an example of a working set up. (This is using Linuxgurugamers module that allows your generic animations to have sound.) MODULE { name = FXModuleAnimateThrottle animationName = colorAnimation dependOnEngineState = True responseSpeed = 0.5 engineName = Ion dependOnThrottle = True layer = 2 } MODULE { name = ModuleAnimateGenericEffects animationName = X-WingFoil startEventGUIName = Peace endEventGUIName = Fight actionGUIName = Toggle S Foils deployEffectName = deploy postDeployEffectName = deployed postDeployEffectLength = 5.0 retractEffectName = retract postRetractEffectName = retracted postRetractEffectLength = 5.0 animSpeed = 1 layer = 0 }

Hi @Vini and @SkyFall2489, hope you are both well. Good morning @Admiral Fluffy, hope you slept well.

Question: When I built a pusher version of an auto gyro last year, I had to have 2 counter rotating ducted fans in order to neutralise the motor torque trying to roll the the craft. Have you somehow got passed that or were you fighting to keep it level the whole time?

I can build over Lava and never slip. Go sailing. I can post here and not accidentally start a new page.
