  1. It does. My best guess is that due to the KSPAddon bug, ModuleManager is never loading and not updating the parts, since all RT related data is kept in those configs. If you activate an RT antenna, it extends. Simple as that.
  2. If you include trigonometry he's 3500km above the rated distance with a 3 sat KSO...
  3. PM me the persistence file. I made minimum changes to the routing. It could be however that your KSO sats are not in the cone of vision of your dishes pointing at Kerbin? The science thing is weird though. Again, PM me that file.
  4. Replied to the PM, but I'll say it again. A way to queue (sets of) commands is coming in the form of the flight computer and eventually kOS.
  5. Since no one has put a price on my head yet I assume v1.1.0 has no critical bugs?
  6. I'm sorry guys but the VesselSAS / new SAS is too unstable for autopiloting, so I will not be shipping the next patch with the flight computer. I'm gonna have to work out something from the MechJeb core.
  7. Not a good thing, because it should be fully capable. It's so underdamped it constantly overshoots for minutes on end because the PID is integrating way too much. Anyhow, little progress report. I'm currently tracking down this bug: https://github.com/Cilph/RemoteTech2/issues/120 I'd like to get that fixed before I put out the next version.
  8. I've just attached an antenna with KAS and it worked fine. However I'd like to know how KAS decides what part I can and can not bring in that handy box.
  9. Verified issue with current build of RT2. Does not appear to happen with my own latest version however. Will release when I properly test the flight computer and delay. Quick note on the flight computer. Currently it's integrated with the new stock SAS system and is not as smooth as MechJeb as a result. If you do not have enough control authority and high inertia it might have serious problems locking onto target.
  10. PM me the persistence file and KSP_Data/output_log.txt. Seriously. Step one people. Stop having me ask for the same thing every time. EDIT: Don't bloody post the file in plain text on the forum! Sheesh! PM me that persistence.sfs!
  11. It does say "Technology Perk" above it. I wonder what that could mean. Maybe the first post knows!
  12. The Dipole Antenna does not break off, is pre-activated and goes to 500km. It's under Flight Control in career.
  13. No, you can have a dish in Kerbin orbit maintain a connection with a seed vessel on the way to Duna. The seed vessel can have an omni to control your satellites once you deploy them to reconfigure them and move them to their positions.
  14. Issues I will deal with next patch (tomorrow?) Recent NRE spam in editor causing lag for low-end PCs (harmless other than lag); ModuleRTAntennaPassive not working when unloaded due to parsing error; ModuleRTAntennaPassive not working on launch clamps; Basic Flight Computer; Settings file with all requested functionality; Signal Delay off by default, on by setting. Default may change in the future; Allow Dishes to target the Active Vessel at all times; Tracking Station not saving target changes.
  15. Okay, anarkhon just found a rather large NRE spam in the editor that was introduced last patch. Will be fixed next patch, so bear with it.
  16. PM me the crash log. KSP_data/output_log.txt. Ive added antennas with KAS before.
  17. It's coming, but most of the work needs to come from the kOS side. Tell them to contact me with their demands.
  18. Dishes need to point both ways, or you need an omnidirectional antenna that can reach far enough. (None of them do for the Mun). It states this in the first post under Connection. Add a ModuleSPU to -anything- that has a ModuleCommand (but nothing else).
  19. The satellite in the promo image could fit four in a single 2.5m extended KW fairing. Awesome.
  20. What are the requirements for external mod support, eg stuff like Chatterer, before I go work on that? Ill add a part event that will hand back an info dump and possibly takes requests for setting and getting other data. Aside form the obvious list of connections, total delay, etc, what do people want?
