My proposition is: At the beginning + and - lived united, on the same place. + were axed on land and - on water and seas. That Union's government was composed of two leaders, a + and a -. Some day, the + leader wanted to destroy the - to restore + supremacy or something. He secretly imprisoned the - leader in a faraway prison on a rock in the middle of the sea, and then hid some jewels. The next morning everyone knew that the - leader disappeared, and the jewels too. The + leader said that the - leader was a thief and that - were traitors. Begining of NW1, which is the - trying to leave the + empire without dying. After they successfully flew away (with their leader) there was a period of relative peace. The came NW2 when + tried to destroy the young Negative Union (a republic), war ended by having to distinct nations, the + empire and the - union. Then a few years of peace, and then... General Atomikku started NW3 by attacking a - land/island/whatever you want. We are now in this war, the goal of + being to destroy the - and the - goal to take the + capital and make them pay for what they did to them. Akagi you mean 15? OK, 14.

Wow, thanks! We don't really need IVAs as it's not a mod with crewed parts, so that'll do the trick. -

IDK, it was just an idea. You probably need to find out the name of the module that anchors the part tothe surface, and then modify it, assuming it's not hard-coded. -
