They had spent months preparing for the mission, studying the Kraken's movements and behavior patterns, and developing new technologies to help them in their quest. They had survived against all odds, and had accomplished something that few Kerbals had ever dared to attempt. As they made their way back to Kerbin, the Kerbals knew that they had been changed by their experience. They had seen the darkest depths of space, and had emerged stronger for it.
